What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the AI-powered and Canva is its highly user-friendly interface, which allows anyone—even without design experience—to create professional-quality graphics quickly and easily using drag-and-drop tools and thousands of customizable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it daily according to my needs, but so far, I haven't found anything particularly substantial.

Canva is an excellent tool for non-designers or those just starting to learn about design. It is very user-friendly and works seamlessly on both the app and website, making it convenient to use anytime. The ease of implementation is great—I was able to get started quickly without any technical skills. I use it frequently for both personal and professional projects, and it always saves me time. The AI features add an extra layer of creativity, and whenever I needed help, Canva’s customer support was responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva has team features, they aren’t as smooth as professional design collaboration tools (like Figma).

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use. Anyone on my team can create something that looks professional, even if they're not a designer. The templates have truly changed the way we work. Whenever we need an Instagram story, there's a template ready to go. If we need a quick presentation deck, there's a template for that too. This has saved us so much time. The brand kit feature is fantastic as well—we just upload our logos and colors once, and now everything we make stays consistent. Collaboration is also seamless; I can simply leave comments directly on a design instead of having to explain changes through email.
What do you dislike about the product?
the free version is pretty good but you hit a wall fast. you really need the pro version to get the best stuff, like resizing designs for different platforms or using the good stock photos. sometimes, if you're not careful, your designs can end up looking a little generic, like everyone else's who uses canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the speed problem. we used to have to wait for our one graphic designer for every little thing. now, for social media posts, simple ads, or internal presentations, my team can just do it themselves and get it done in minutes, not days. it has made us so much more agile. it also saves us a ton of budget because we dont need to outsource small design tasks anymore. it's basically empowered everyone on the team to be a little bit of a creator, which is awesome.

Canva is the most popular graphic designer tool aimed for both beginners and professionals,The drag and drop interface and there is wide range of templates that help us to make the poster very easily,clearly,cleanly.AI design suggestions make it easy to build social media post,presentation and thumbnails.I have been using canva from past 24 months and I have really a good experience with this app. I have used canva for my college assignments, social media thumbnail and making wedding invitation card. There us a huge no.of template that impressed me in making the best wedding card. And it is very easy to learn, it is compatible in both android and Windows. I had a very good experience with this app

Some advanced features are locked behind the paid plan and the free version adds watermarks to premium to template exports

Provide free subscription to students and give free trails and for non subscription user please remove watermark

What I dislike about Canva is that sometimes it can feel overwhelming with so many options, and a few features or elements are not as customizable as I would like.

Canva is solving the problem of needing professional-looking designs without having advanced graphic design skills or expensive software. It saves me time because I can create a fast design for something like a flyer, presentation, or social media post in just minutes. The templates and drag-and-drop tools make the process simple, and I don’t have to start from scratch. This benefits me because I can focus more on sharing my message instead of struggling with complicated design programs.

Canva is simple and easy to navigate. I love their new ai magic create features!

When creating video content, Canva has a limited Video Clip Template library.

Canva gives you the ability to quickly create marketing material and videos using pre designed templates.

I love that I'm able to design something and then my team can easily make updates and changes.

The animations are lacking and some of the interface feels clunky.

We are needing to create social images and graphics and by using Canva, everything is in one place. Having all the designs available to the team helps cuts down on sharing links, emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Canva for several years now, both for personal projects and for professional tasks at my school. Initially, I relied on the free version, but as my responsibilities grew to include creating presentations and editing materials for my school, I applied for the teachers and school plans and gained access to Canva Edu. Since making the switch, I have noticed a significant boost in my productivity. The Edu version provides a range of additional features that have genuinely enhanced my work. What I value most about Canva is its extensive selection of templates and resources. The platform itself is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I am particularly impressed by features such as the whiteboard, presentation tools, and the options for graphical representation. More recently, Canva introduced their AI program, which I find remarkable, especially for website building, photo generation, template editing, and several other important features. Furthermore, the brand collaboration tools and cloud-based multi-device integration have been extremely useful. For nearly all my online classes and related activities, I depend on Canva because it enables me to work more efficiently. The drag-and-drop and copy-paste functions are also very convenient, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find that most of the features in Canva are great, but I have occasionally encountered some issues. For example, when working on complex projects, the platform can slow down, which can be frustrating. I also feel that there are fewer options available for photo and video presentations than I would like. Additionally, I wish there were an offline mode, as I sometimes experience problems when I don't have a stable internet connection.

Canva is a multifunctional software that allows me to handle most of my editing and presentation needs. For me, Canva is truly an amazing tool. When I first started, I was a complete beginner at editing and relied on their helpful demo videos on YouTube to finish my presentations. Over time, I discovered many features in Canva that have helped me complete tasks that used to take hours in just a few minutes. I use the Canva Edu version, which offers access to countless professional kits that are incredibly useful for presentations, page editing, and more. Their recently launched AI features are especially impressive to me, as they allow you to build websites in minutes, generate leaflets, images, banners, and much more. Personally, I feel Canva is a real blessing for users like me.
