Easy to start, but it can limit advanced designers
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get started and create designs without having much knowledge about the subject. Additionally, they have very useful functionalities, infinite resources, and it is a widely used platform, so you will find help for many of your possible questions in forums or on YouTube.
What do you dislike about the product?
if you are an advanced designer you will feel as if your "wings are being clipped". Basically, many things do not work as you are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Include coworkers who are not designers in the process of some designs.
Intuitive UX and AI Integration That Makes Designing Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is quite intuitive, and the new AI integration makes it especially relevant for new users or for people who only have an abstract idea of their designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole screen can feel a bit overwhelming, with so many features and controls at one’s disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me prototype quickly when creating presentations or designing materials for internal use or for public consumption.
Quick to Start with Templates - Easy, Affordable Design for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Canva is delivered with templates means it is quite quick to get started. I started on the free tier, but the paid plans are reasonable. We're a small business and we can do a lot with Canva ourselves. It is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with fonts when I try to export to another format. I don't really use the AI features. Very often I really just want to export to a PowerPoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids us having a dedicated UX resource. We don't use a marketing agency. It is useful for brand consistency given our situation.

Canva's drag-and-drop interface meant I didn't need any design skills. I could pick a template and have something professional-looking in minutes.

Canva is the most complete software I ever used in my professional. no need to have great background Just a blank page or template an your imagination will do the rest.

Canva gives the freedom to someone with no budget to build things on their own, using only their imagination to create. To me, Canva feels like real freedom to create, and it benefits me by saving both time and money.

I love how user-friendly Canva is. It’s my favorite program for designing and creating media, and it makes the whole process feel simple and enjoyable.

I wish the mobile version were as easy to use as the desktop version, because right now it feels less intuitive and takes more effort to navigate.

Canva allows me to create all of the media my company needs. I love that it provides the exact sizes required for posts on different social platforms, offers a wide array of images to use with the paid version, and includes so many features that make designing easy.

Canva has a simple modern layout, it's super easy to use and my favorite part is that there's a free version!

The graphics options are limited in the free version, but what can you expect? There are tons of options within the paid version if you need it!

Canva saves me tons of time with variety of templates. It's much faster to get a design completed when the layout is already done for you.

The toolbar where you can find elements and templates sometimes goes away when you're trying to use any of the options. I wish they could find a way to fix that bug.

I really like how you have the option to print directly with them! Checkout and proofing is really easy to use and it ships fast!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to create simple health awareness posters, mainly related to pregnancy care and women's health topics. It helps me design visuals quickly that I can share on social media or sometimes use during teaching sessions. The ready-made templates are very useful and save time, especially when I need to prepare something quickly without much design experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small issue I noticed is that sometimes it takes time to find the exact template because there are many options available. Also, when internet speed is slow, loading designs can feel slightly delayed. Apart from this, it works well for regular use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, preparing health awareness posters for patients and teaching sessions in the hospital required more time and basic design effort. It was not always easy to create clear visual content quickly. With Canva, I can prepare simple posters related to pregnancy care and women's health that can be shared with patients or used during teaching sessions. This saves time during busy hospital hours and helps deliver health information more clearly.
