Four Years and Still My Favorite
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Canva a lot for about four years, and it's my favorite tool for design. The best part is that I am not a designer, but Canva makes my work look amazing.
I can create a great looking resume, presentation,poster, or logo very quickly. I just pick a style I like, change the text, and edit my photos. It's really that easy. It is also very helpful that I can download my work as a PDF or a picture file right away.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only small downside for me is really just a limitation of being on the free plan. The free templates are fantastic, but because they are so popular and widely used, it's easy to create a resume or a poster that looks very similar to others. You often see the most creative and unique templates are locked for Pro users, which is understandable. I just wish they would occasionally add a few of those more eye-catching designs to the free version to give us more variety to help our work stand out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves a huge problem for me: I'm not a designer, but I need to make things that look good. Before, creating a nice presentation for a client or even just fixing up my resume was a lot of work. Now, I use Canva for everything making logos, editing photos, creating posters, and even simple videos. The biggest benefit is how much time it saves. I can make something that looks professional very quickly, all by myself.
Powerful, beginner friendly design tool

I've been using Canva for over three years now for personal projects and it has become an essential part of my workflow, its simply great.
What do you dislike about the product?
managing designs across folder can be a little complicated but again it does the work

to quickly make a presentation or an interactive board for my personal work having access to all features online makes it easier. And I can use it from anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is much simpler than it used to be upon its arrival. What used to take forever now can take at least one minute. It took me one minute "Literally" to produce my logo.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still have to pay more for the best templates. It does enhance the beauty of your creations. It brings out the best in my graphic designs. Since Canva Pro is not always in my budget, I use it when I am able to afford the luxury of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking forward to trying the new website builder feature in the near future for my heat press business.
User friendly tool for design collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is easy to use and even the free version has an lots of options that we can choose to customise and also the collaboration feature works really well.

Recent price increase kind of huge which as a small startup we didn't expect that

What do you like best about the product?
I used canva a lot. The features that comes with canva are mind blowing. There are so many templates to choose from and lot of customisation options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the charges can feel a bit high if you’re a beginner.

Its very easy to use, saves your time, can be accessed on both mobile and desktop, too many free templates you can choose from and design any posters, make a presentation, a logo or poster. They got it all for you.

What do you like best about the product?
As an HR professional, Canva has been a real game changer for me.I use it regularly for creating onboarding templated for new hires, designing slides for quarterly meetings, hiring posters design, and monthly report presentations. It's also very helpful for making professional resumes-both for myself and for guiding employees who ask for design's tips. What I love is its ease of use -even without any graphic design background, I can create professional-looking designs within minutes. Beyond work, Canva has also become my go-to tool for personal projects, like designing event invitations and card for family and friends. The ready to use templates give me head start, and the drag and drop design tools make customization simple. I also love how easily it integrates with our workflow sharing designs with colleagues or exporting them for presentations is seamless. Their customer support has always been quick and helpful whenever I had a question. The wase of implementation is excellent-I was able to get started right away without any complex.

some premium templates and elements are locked behind the pro subscription which can limit design choices for free users. Large files can also take a little extra time to load or downloaded.

Using Canva as a substitute for PowerPoint
What do you like best about the product?
It is much more dynamic and practical to use. The educational registration allows access to premium resources. You can export the presentation in various file formats. Besides presentations, you can use it to create resumes or documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the edition with other users, I can't easily see who edited each part of the file. I would like an edit history by user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing my use of PowerPoint, bringing newer, more complete, and practical features than the previous tool. I can use it for academic work and also for presentations at my job.
My Go-To Design Tool for 7+ Years
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Canva for over seven years now, and honestly, it’s like having a design partner who never lets me down. Whether I need to whip up a social media post in five minutes or spend hours perfecting a presentation, Canva makes it so simple. I love how I can just drag, drop, and play around with ideas without feeling overwhelmed. The templates are gorgeous, the tools are easy to learn, and the best part? I don’t have to be a “professional designer” to make something that looks professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I’m being honest, I wish there were a few more advanced editing options for when I want to get super detailed. And yes, sometimes when I’m working on a big, complex project, it can slow down a bit. But for everything I get from it, the ease, the creativity, the time saved, those small annoyances barely matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Canva solves the biggest problem I used to have with design, time and skill. I don’t have hours to learn complicated software or start from a blank page every time I need a design. Canva takes away that stress by giving me ready-to-use templates, easy drag-and-drop tools, and a huge library of fonts, images, and graphics.
Canva for Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
They offer great tools to us as a non-profit at no charge!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always intuitive to use. It requires some willingness to do a search for instructions on how to accomplish something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a church we regularly need to create documents that are visually appealing and yet cost effective. Canva allows us to create bulletins for weddings or funerals, brochures or booklets for various ministries, post-cards or flyers as needed.
