What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Canva is how beginner-friendly it is. As someone who has used Adobe Photoshop for years, I still find Canva great for anyone just getting started with creating graphics and social media templates, especially people who aren’t very tech-savvy. I also like how many templates they offer for free, along with the premium templates available if you’re paying for Canva. Another thing I find really helpful is how easy it is to set up your branding. It makes it simple to use the templates in their library and edit them so they match your brand style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one downside of using Canva is that you can almost always tell when the template you’re using was made in Canva, if that makes sense. It can feel like it lacks a certain quality or uniqueness. I also dislike how busy the main screen is. I wish there were an option to customize it more to fit how I work, especially since there are so many options, templates, and different ways you can use Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of quickly creating consistent, on-brand, decent-quality content for social media. It also helps with the challenge of needing a designer to create graphics for our marketing, because it’s so easy to make them ourselves thanks to its templates and stock images. We saw an increase of our content creation by 3x and an increase in our social media engagement rate by 60%.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that some of the more advanced brand, AI, and team features are locked behind paid plans, so the free experience can start to feel a bit limited as your needs grow. I’m part of an organisation, so I don’t really run into that issue myself, but for individual users it could become a problem over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the hassle of juggling separate tools for design, presentations, PDF work, and collaborative content creation by bringing everything together in one place. Having all of it in the same place makes the whole process smoother and more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for easy social media content creation and it really speeds up my creation and design process, allowing me to post quicker on different platforms. I also benefit from the AI text to image and voice to image functions when I'm pressed for time. The support is quick and very helpful. Canva is user-friendly, and my designs make me look like a pro graphic designer with many years of experience. Creating short video content and adding audio has never been this easy. The initial setup of Canva was extremely easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto adjust feature sometimes makes the image pixelate when I design content for larger displays like billboards or posters. The output could perhaps be enhanced to a higher quality so that the image can be blown up to a larger scale.

I use Canva for easy social media content creation, speeding up my design process and posting quicker. Its AI text-to-image and voice-to-image features are handy when I'm short on time. It makes my designs look professional, and creating short videos with audio is super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
There are great templates to give initial ideas and it is easy to create very professional-looking documents and forms for our business. It is easy to export the documents as PDF or image for use in marketing and to print where needed.

Canva is making graphic design more accessible to people! Because of its easy-to-use technology people of all ages are easily able to understand how to use the product and apply it to their businesses or everyday lives.
