What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and the interface is easy to understand for a normal person too. We can easily train newbie's within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more templates, and add a few more editing options. Because the resume templates are limited and some good templates have buy option

It is like a All in one Tool, we have so many functions in one app.
My experience as a user with canva is unpredictable. Canva is there for anything I want to create.
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is juts a game changer. I have been using canva since 5+ years and my experience with canva is super awesome. Whenever I want to create something like any poster, short video, document editing, thumbnail and many more, canva is always there with very user friendly interface and smooth experience. Beginners with zero knowledge about the graphic design can design and edit posters and animated video. And now the best part is Canva with AI integrated features. Its just wow.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my all heart I didn't dislike anything in canva. But I have a suggestion for canva team if they can launch a one more plan with low cost. For students or working professional. That will be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is literally solving so may problems like starting with easy user interface, beginner friendly, Awesome GUI, Smooth experience even with high quality editing. Download quality is so impressive. Nowadays there is AI, we can create or edit with just by prompt. Good customer support.

Canva has updated itself soo much in last couple of years that all the latest trends in design and creative segment can be found easily there and recently with the addition of AI with just the description of your creative idea it generates amazing rather mind-blowing images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to photoshop or illustrator canva doesn't allow much flexibility. Also the fact that the canva is completely dependent on the internet connectivity that plays major role in inconvenience for the people on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva simplifies designs for a professionally non designer like me.
But because of canva my outsourcing is reduced everything from presentations to social media graphics can be created quickly and beautifully here.

A fantastic design tool for quick and professional visuals
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes graphics design incredibly easy, even for non designers. I use it a lot almost daily to create instagram posts, youtube thumbnails, animated videos, posters, professional resume and the list goes on. Best thing is it has a lot of stuff like templates, overlays, graphics, stickers, title presets to chose from. You can upload your own content to make the creation your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has limited assets and AI tools are quite limited for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use canva to quickly create visual content without having to open heavy tools like photoshop or premiere pro all the time and they are more for Advanced users with a steep learning curve. But canva helps to create great looking content from day one. Its ideal tool for anyone who is getting started with content creation or any such interests.

There’s a template for everything, Instagram posts, resumes, invites, presentations. It saves a lot of time, and they look really nice too, plus there is a free version and its great for team work

Sometimes I see posts that look exactly like what I made because we probably used the same template! It can feel a bit repetitive. Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit annoying, its harder to edit there.

With Canva, I can make professional-looking designs without learning Photoshop, and also work with my team easily, and I am able to save time using ready-made templates instead of starting from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite hard to choose one particular thing I like about Canva as a tool. It is one of the most versatile design tool for a beginner with no graphic design experience. Be it for presentations, posters, birthday cards or social media posts, it has multiple beautiful templates for each category, and plenty of options under each. While there is a problem option, the free account offers plenty of benefits, and I think it helps inspire when looking at the templates and elements. The newer features like ai photos and magic write are helpful. The colours, brand kit, font, and other effects are unique and I love using it. The user interface is attractive and makes me prefer this app over others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit of time to get used to the shortcuts and to find where each element was, but it became easy once I realised there was a separate page to help me get used to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having multiple templates with excellent layout at my disposal makes making presentations and other designs extremely simply and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about Canva is its ability to be an almost "everything app" for graphic design. I have been using it religiously for a year now, and I use it for nearly everything - letterheads, logos, social media, business cards, posters, etc. I could go on and on.
It's adaptive, easy to use and the best part - INNOVATIVE! I mean, very innovative. They always release new features, and the best part is - they actually teach you how to use them. As a learning professional myself, I can't stress how important this is.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to think of downsides, but I think the one that comes to mind is their pre-made content can get a little stale if you use them a lot. Don't get me wrong, there is a plethora of premade stuff that I use on a daily basis, but if you are really looking for something truly exceptional and transcendent, I still think an agency will get you where you need to go far better than Canva ever will.

While I never struggled with technology, I despised spending weeks learning complex tech tools, using them for my use case, only to forget them three months later.
This is really where Canva steps up. It's so easy to use, and the UX people are incredible, so much so that a seasoned designer who designs in, let's say, MS PPT, can easily pick up Canva and start producing extremely high-quality content.

Since I use the free plan, I sometimes feel limited by the number of templates and design elements available. Some of the best features and premium content are locked behind the paid version, which makes me wish more was accessible without upgrading. Occasionally, I also wish there were more advanced editing options, but for most of my needs, the free tools work well. Overall, it still helps me get creative without much hassle.
