What do you like best about the product?
Free Templates and easy-to-use designs..

It can have more free template also the AI generation is not that good.

I have used lot of tools to create design like picsart and many more, but can canva tops all of them because of lot of free templates and AI integrations.

Canva stands out for its exceptional ease of use — it’s intuitive and beginner-friendly, yet robust enough for regular content creation. The drag-and-drop interface is clean and responsive, making it easy to build everything from social media posts to presentations and marketing materials.
Implementation was seamless — I was up and running in minutes without needing any tutorials. The template variety and design assets are impressive, and features like Brand Kit, Magic Resize, and team collaboration help streamline our design workflow. I use Canva almost daily for creating social media graphics, PDF brochures, and visual content.
The integration with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and even scheduling platforms adds to the convenience, and it works smoothly across desktop and mobile. For the price, the number of features in the Pro plan is excellent.

While Canva is fantastic for most everyday design needs, it can be limiting for advanced design work. It lacks precise control over elements, such as advanced layer management, grid snapping, and vector editing — which might frustrate professional designers.
Customer support is decent but not always fast, especially for free users. Also, while integration is good for basic needs, deeper integrations with marketing and CRM platforms would be a welcome addition.
Lastly, some of the best templates and elements are locked behind the Pro version, which might not suit casual or infrequent users.

Canva solves the problem of creating high-quality visual content without needing professional design skills or expensive software. As someone who isn’t a trained designer, I can still produce polished graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and documents — all in one place.
It has eliminated the need to hire external designers for routine design tasks, saving both time and money. With its collaboration tools, my team can work on designs together in real time, which has improved our workflow efficiency and brand consistency. The prebuilt templates and brand kit ensure that everything we create stays on-brand, even when made by different people.

The subscription cost is the major issue about this brand. It is too expensive for average people.

Canva has made Content creation very easy for me. I had to find graphic designer every time I needed something but now I have Canva, my own designer.

Without much designing knowledge I can design basic posters, instagram posts and email signatures etc. the readymade templates are great as well

Easy and powerful tool for designing
What do you like best about the product?
Even as a non professional designer ,now I am able to make designs by the help of Canva . Presentations ,posters,biodata, teaching aids etc has been made from this wonderful tool.It saves our time and quickly gives the result .It can be used by even a layman because of its easy setup.Also the customer support is highly appreciable.

The one drawback of Canva is dropping off image quality whe exporting and sometimes app lags while dealing with large files .
