Combine simplicity with very useful features for marketing and digital content

It does not have the level of fine control offered by tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. If you need hyper-precise designs or advanced effects, Canva may fall short.

I love how easy it is to design social media posts, marketing materials and power point decks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more export options. For example, if I create a power point deck and export as a power point, the end result is a little messed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to manage marketing materials for four different companies and Canva makes my life so much easier

I really like canva because it made my work of creating Facebook and Instagram ads easier. I can create them in less time without thinking much.

I dislike that some features are available only in pro version.

I am a content creator running a Facebook page and have been using Canva Pro daily for the last month. Before upgrading to Canva Pro, I used the basic version of Canva, which gave me a good introduction to the tool. Canva Pro offers a wide variety of ready-made templates that are easy to access and customize, saving my significant time in content creation. This platform provides affordable access to extensive royalty-free images, videos, and audio libraries, allowing me to enhance my posts without extra costs. I frequently use Canva AI to generate video thumbnails by simply providing a prompt and then customizing the text, making the process quick and user-friendly. I find Canva a powerful, affordable, and beginner-friendly platform that helps me create professional-quality content efficiently, even without much prior design experience. Its cloud-based access and real-time collaboration features are invaluable for my workflow. Customer support is available via the Help Center, where I can chat with a bot or submit support tickets. Canva offers an API and SDK for integrating external apps with the Canva editor and is designed to be secure and to enhance workflow without replicating Canva’s native features. For creators like me, implementing Canva Pro requires no complex setup. Simply sign up and start designing right away with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface and rich template libraries

Canva Pro offers significant value and support to my daily content creation for my Facebook page. There are a few limitations - many of Canva’s key features require a stable internet connection, which can occasionally restrict my workflow when the connection is slow or unavailable.

Canva offers easy-to-use tools, ready-made templates, and AI-powered features to solve thumbnail design complexity. It helps me create professional content quickly without prior experience. A brilliant interface making marketing super easy
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ability to create graphics for my social media content, whether it's in a professional or personal capacity. There are so many different things you can create and having a brand template you can apply anywhere is super helpful. All the designs are super sleek and you can use it to create just about anything! It's an app I use on a daily basis and is perfect for helping me market whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for the paid Canva plan is a bit extortionate; my team currently pays £215 a year, while I personally pay £99 a year for all the features. I think the price could be reduced a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create a consistent brand image and have it apply across everything that I need; I love the functionality of the program and how professional I can make my image look.
One platform for all social design
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is one place where we get all elements and its pro features is really helpful as it do photoshop work as well. We can design here in one shot without going to other platform

The time taking for enhancing image upscale is sometimes too low and some images bg not remove sometimes

I use it pro membership in my company and its multiple featurs benefit alot like image upscaler, bg remover ,elements, ai images ,etc. and majorly its templates solve major problems

The best thing about Canvas is how easy it is to use. You don't need any prior layout experience. The service makes it easy to create social media and web content, as well as layouts. The service offers a wide range of ready-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is not suitable for everything. For example, there are limitations when editing videos. It is not possible to edit the timing of automatic subtitles.

Canva is an affordable alternative to more expensive layout, video editing, and image editing softwares. It is particularly suitable for those in organizations who produce content less frequently.
Best Design Platform for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes designing incredibly simple, even without any graphic design background. I love how easy it is to use the drag-and-drop interface, access thousands of templates, and instantly customize anything for social media, presentations, or print.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can lag with larger projects or slow internet, and a few advanced design features are missing compared to tools like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe photoshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easy to create simple and professional-looking designs and videos without needing to use complex software. I mostly use Illustrator or Photoshop for detailed editing, but when it comes to video animations, Adobe tools can be too complicated and time-consuming. Canva helps me quickly make short videos and animated content with minimal effort, saving me time and making the process much smoother.

I loved it. I'm not a designer and I use a lot not just for personal use but for work. It is easy to use.

That the free version should include more designs
