Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
It helped me create fonts and photos for my University tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit hard to learn in the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I created some logos for my university lesson
Canva is a great product for professional and beginner graphic designers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Background remover tool. And the themes are abundant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting should be easier with AI. Better templates for presentations and capabilities to create one-pagers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes creating presentatoins easy. Benefiting me by making me look good in front of our CEO
Best design tool for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
How many features are included in the Pro plan vs. cost (great value). New AI tools are fun to play with. So many pre-built templates and elements to use. Easy to pick up as a non-designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are not many downsides to using Canva. It's one of the best tools I've purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of not having a designer on staff. We can crank out (mostly social media) content in minutes and pay basically nothing for it.
So easy to use! Makes my job 10x easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how canva has so many options for customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could integrate a bit easier with other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is making it much easier to content create instead of Adobe software
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very user friendly and all intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some of the automatic snapping to grid and also automatic inserting of photos into a background or frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is solving quick video and posts creation with an intuitive and effective program.
Great product, with some unfortunate UX components
What do you like best about the product?
- easy to use or learn as a new user
- easy to edit designs
- free plan can work for most and there is no need to upgrade

What do you dislike about the product?
- the teams paid package where you share your designs with colleagues can be challenging because you have to one by one identify which designs you want to share with the team, versus all designs in that group being public to the team
- we have a paid account, but seeing the paid features with a crown made us think we weren't able to use those features. We eventually realized after a few months that those items were included.
- Sometimes editing the size of something on a design will not let you drag to the size you want, it forces you to align with another object on the page which can be frustrating. I found an alternative where you go in one at a time and change the positioning by a couple points but it's still not the most intuitive or easy to use.
- Customer service doesn't really exist. It's hard to find the contact information and then when you do it's just an email. So you email them and get a different person responding each time and it is a delayed response. I'd much rather prefer a chat bot to speak to a customer service rep while using the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy to use design platform for everyone from business to personal at home use. I've used this to design ads for social media, all the way to a funeral video for my grandfather. Both were very easy to do.
Nearly Perfect Tool for High-Output Design Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Canva's workflow for high output design needs is beyond perfect. I get work-orders from clients, open the template piece they need, grab their branding kit that I uploaded that has their logos, fonts, colors - and then use their large library of assets available on the paid version and then I can easily export whatever formats I need. They do offer printing services, although I have not used those. It makes live VERY easy, especially managing several clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks extreme precision. I still rely on Adobe or Affinity when I need to do precision designing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing a high output workflow and providing an easy, cloud based solution that I can also collaborate from if need be.
Canva Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create and design different things easily. It is very user friendly and great for beginners. Some of the features allow people without photoshop access or skills to create similar graphic pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of paid features on it. When Canva first came out, it seemed to have a lot more free features and designs. As they have grown, they charge for a lot of the things that you would want to use. It makes sense, but I see the reduction in these features a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing people who don't have access to something like Photoshop to use a design tool
An Essential Tool for Creators & Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes it easy for non-designers to create social content, marketing materials, birthday invites, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Free version of Canva can feel limited at times. It seems more an d more designs are premium-only every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating great digital designs as a non-designer.
So Easy for the Creative Illiterate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can hop on there and pretty much create anything I'm thinking, and it's not super complicated. Having templates I can use and not having to create something completely from scratch is super helpful as well. We use it for everything and it's so easily to implement and integrate with our other tech and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't seen anything on the downside in the multiple years I've been using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue has been visibility and now that we have a system as a team and someone dedicated to designing content, it's been so easy and it's definitely something on rinse and repeat now.
