The best designing tool for non designers
What do you like best about the product?
No need to know any designing tool like Photoshop or Illustrator, and still be able to do basic designing and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't design custom logo and custom illustrative designs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
basic post creation, birthday card, other invitation card creation, fb banners, social media adverts etc.

Easiest Graphic Design platform vs other like adobe and such because everything is drag and drop
What do you dislike about the product?
Their image generator AI are awful and always has mispelled words even when you spell out during prompts

Everything, this software is amazing it creates crisp looking content like a pro has done it.

Aligning things can be challenging if you want everything to look perfect

It makes our content look great for recruitment as we dont have a UK marketing team and everything takes an age to get approved by head office, so I can do it myself

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great tool for non-designers. It offers a lot of customization options, and even the free version allows you to work quite creatively. For quick designs, Canva is the best choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading PPTs from Canva, some elements get misaligned or mixed up due to settings this is something I don’t like about Canva. It often requires manual editing afterward, which can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is a very easy-to-use tool it’s not technical at all. Even kids can learn it quickly and create designs creatively. Whether it’s social media posts or presentations, everything is super easy to make. As a presentation designer, it helps me a lot.

I have had no issues with it so far, but I think a new patch and template will appear from time to time as a form of development.

Canva Provides an Easy Interface but Faces Occasional Export and Design Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is the excellent integration with many tools. Has exceptional capabilities and is easy to use. Provide a robust mobile application thus making it flexible and easily accessible. The customer support is highly recommendable and provides quick responses.

In all this time haven't found anything that displeases me about this tool.

My team uses Canva for a variety of marketing tactics and we are very pleased with it's easy to use interface and real time collaboration. It's a great.Love the ease of using the templates and customizing them. The background eraser is a major bonus when manipulating the graphics

It’s fast, intuitive, and keeps getting better with new features like AI-powered tools and Magic Design.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is great for quick designs, it can feel limited when you're trying to execute very precise or high-end custom designs. Layer management, fine-tuning typography, or creating complex layouts can be frustrating compared to advanced tools like Adobe Illustrator. Also, some premium elements are scattered throughout free templates, which can be annoying when you realize partway through that you need a Pro account to export a final version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing a designer for everyday creative tasks. It lets me create professional-looking content quickly without any design experience. From social media posts to presentations, I can get everything done in one place—saving both time and cost. It also helps maintain brand consistency across teams with shared templates and brand kits.

What do you like best about the product?
i can avoid using photoshop and use the masking feature if I need background removed. I use it every week for company flyers. I think it's the best way to keep templates for our ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the site would crash and there will be a bit of a wait till it's back up

It helps the company to not solely rely on a graphic designer. We can have team members familiar with Canva dive in to create last minute flyers.
