After the learning curve, it is a productive design tool

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. It takes some time to figure it out.
Free version only seems to produce A4 documents which require work to look good as pdfs. Paid version fixes that.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is that it does not require anyone to have any design experience. Period!
It has pre-ready templates that help you to just start making changes, get ideas, create literally anything ranging from a birthday post to a business card etc. It has everything for a personal need to professional need.
And now with AI it has improved a lot by creating things as per the imagination of the user.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing much to dislike just that the AI is upgrading so that needs improvement + there is not much free stuff remaining now which makes it difficult for users who use it less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving multiple problems for us. It is solving the problem of creating posts, occassion wishes, logos, template based designs for letterheads, resumes etc. Some professional and some personal work.

we can't create video without bookmark in Canva video editor for free version also there is some limitation we are not able to change in some of the design those are pre-defined in template or if its changeable, it's very difficult.
