What do you like best about the product?
I love the vast library of professionally designed templates and the seamless drag-and-drop interface. The "Magic Resize" tool is a massive time-saver for social media management, and the real-time collaboration features make team feedback loops incredibly efficient and productive
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly intuitive, the mobile application can sometimes feel slightly clunky when managing complex layers. Additionally, certain premium elements and advanced export features are locked behind a subscription, which might be a barrier for some smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva eliminates the complexity of high-end design software, allowing me to create polished marketing materials instantly. This saves hours of production time and ensures all our visual content remains high-quality and perfectly aligned with our brand's specific aesthetic goals.
Easy, Efficient, But Lacks Bulk Image Features.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to remove backgrounds and create images in PNG format, which saves me a lot of time. The clean appearance of images I get from Canva is something I really like because it makes the product look clear, professional, and easy to understand. This is particularly important in my work with product listings, as clean images help showcase the products correctly and make them more attractive to customers. The initial setup of Canva was very easy and quick, and I could start right away because it's simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to clean bulk images at once. It would be much better if Canva could support bulk image cleaning features, like removing backgrounds or adjusting brightness on multiple images in one go. That kind of bulk editing capability would make the process much faster and more efficient, especially when handling a large volume of product images.

Versatile for Thumbnails, Needs Improved Image Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating YouTube thumbnails, and I appreciate the wide range of options available for my thumbnail creation ideas. I find it very convenient to use the drag-and-drop feature with various tools. The pro version, which I use, is particularly helpful as it is packed with AI search capabilities. I can provide a prompt about the layout I am interested in, and Canva suggests options based on that, allowing me to tweak layouts according to my needs. Setting up Canva was pretty easy, which was a relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work well with image editing, and that can be improved. I was trying to create an overlay on images, but it was not successful. I had to create my image in Photoshop and then import it into Canva for the rest of the stuff. I wanted to merge two images with a merging effect and not just stack them on each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva's drag and drop feature and layouts for YouTube thumbnails, making it easy to implement my ideas. The Pro version's AI search helps by suggesting layouts based on prompts, which I can tweak to my needs.

I like how easy it is for anyone to use, regardless of their graphic design skills or abilities. Even if you have skills, it's makes the process quickly and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
For expert level designers, it's not as capable as other platforms like Adobe.

User-Friendly with Essential Pro Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the whole Canva platform because it's very user-friendly. The AI tool is amazing and helps with creative writing. Canva was very easy to set up, although it took some time to learn how to navigate the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Canva offers a free account, it isn't as useful as the Pro account. It took some time to learn how to navigate the site. I quickly understood I would need the paid version to get the best user experience.

Canva helps me create documents, flyers, and edit content.
