Canva Is User Friendly 100% for Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Canva Enterprise has been a game-changer for our organization’s design and content creation process. The platform strikes the perfect balance between creative freedom and brand control, allowing our teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets quickly and collaboratively.
One of the standout features is the Brand Kit, which ensures that all designs reflect our brand identity with consistent colors, fonts, and logos. Combined with template locking, we can confidently delegate design work to team members without worrying about off-brand edits.
The collaboration tools are equally impressive. Real-time editing, team folders, and built-in approval workflows have streamlined our content pipeline, making it easier to manage campaigns and meet deadlines. Plus, the integration with tools like Slack and Google Drive makes sharing and accessing assets effortless.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva Enterprise offers great tools for collaboration and brand consistency, I’ve found that the design flexibility can be limited for more complex projects. Additionally, managing assets at scale could be improved with more robust organization and search features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It empowers non-designers to create professional-quality visuals without always relying on the design team. This frees up our creative staff for high-impact work and speeds up our overall content production.
Makes everyone look good!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use experience, allowing everyone to provide good quality graphics. I use it all the time for work report templates, social media templates for stories, as well as personal use for aesthetic graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI is still in the early days I think!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gap between a stock standard report/social media story/letterhead and one that looks professional and appealing.

You do not require inherent design skills to use it. Anyone can use it

Not much to be honest, it works well and is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is an outstanding design app that you can use from anywhere, on any device. What I appreciate most is the ability to access my designs on Canva from a desktop, web browser, iPad, or iPhone, which means I can create, edit, download, and share my work seamlessly across the Internet.

Nothing, it’s perfect. You have all the tools to design anything.

Canva makes it very easy to create and collaborate with others. Additionally, it addresses the need for more advanced design work through its new app, Affinity, which enables users to create and edit graphics, photos, and illustrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the simple stuff isn’t free, and the really eye-catching designs usually fall under Canva Premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I first discovered Canva while looking for a simple tool to create a short video and an invitation card for my sister’s wedding. I had no prior experience with design, but even then, I managed to create over 10 different designs that looked classy and professional.
I also designed a wedding menu card and got it printed at a local shop. To my surprise, the menu cards were a big hit—guests loved them! In fact, that design ended up setting a trend in my hometown, and now many people there use Canva for wedding menus and digital invitations.
Later on, I started using Canva for creating banners for games and events at my workplace. Eventually, my company picked it up too and started using it for internal events. One of the best features is that designs can be shared and edited by multiple people—super handy when working with a team.
I even used Canva to create a video filled with photos and clips for a self-love campaign I was part of. It was incredibly easy to put together, and the end result was something I was genuinely proud of.
To sum it all up, Canva has become my go-to for all design needs. It's perfect for someone like me—with zero design background—but a love for creativity.

Convenient, Quick Edits, and Positive Results
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is an outstanding tool. It has thousands of templates that are easy to use and flexible. I enjoy using this application on my desktop, IPAD, and Android device (for those quick changes).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to get sizing coordinated at times, along with alignment. I have contacted Support many times for real time assistance and have been so pleased with their feedback and "quick" help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation, exciting eye-catching ads and branding applications. Creation of new documentations for internal and external use,
Great for announcements and invites

Easy to use. Anybody could learn the process of creating with Canva.

I honestly don’t see a ton of downsides to canva, other than not having licensed characters.
