Most important software tool in nonprofit toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, the ability to create professional looking marketing collateral quickly without design training/experience, all the features and integrations, the ability to print from canva, the wide range of template and clip art selection, how stock photography is integrated in, the nonprofit discount (SO important for nonprofit orgs!). I actually get excited when it's time to use Canva, it's my favorite program to work in and my favorite part of my job. I actually even use Canva to edit PDFs and don't bother to use traditional PDF editing software. I used Canva to create detailed site maps, which it excels at. I've also used it for creating invitations, presentations (I no longer use anything else), social media materials, print materials, posters, and letterheads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there isn't as much control over where you place an object as I would like, it seems to snap into a certain place and I have to zoom in so far to regain placement control, and sometimes even that doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know I can list them all! 1) It's hard for nonprofits to keep up with social media, Canva makes it easy. 2) PDF and Photo editing are needs of daily life, but they aren't always simple, Canva makes it easy. 3) Sometimes you want to be able to print from your program, not download and get a bunch of quotes from print houses, Canva makes it easy. 4) Sometimes you need visualizations for meetings, and other software pales in comparison. 5) Presentations are difficult to make look good and to give, Canva makes them easy. 6) Site map software is very expensive and highly specialized, which is out of reach for most nonprofits, Canva makes it affordable and easy. There's a theme there, isn't there.
Making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
You can search Canva for pretty much anything. Need a special certificate for an award? Canva has hundreds to chose from. Need a cool menu template? Canva has you covered. Need a yoga template for International Yoga Day? Canva has your back. Need something for social media? Need help with a new job posting...you guessed it, Canva has 100's of pre loaded templates. You can chose colors or change what's there. You can add photos/change them out. You can use what they have or make it your own. Canva is also very user friendly. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is difficult when using Canva is when there is a photo you replace, it's really hard to adjust or move the photo around. Especially when using the app on your smart phone. It can be done, but it's time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to created Quarterly and Annual Perfect Attendance Certificates for 3 different job sites. Canva has made this so much easier and creative than using Word.
Great Design Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that makes easier the process of content creation and social media management

Sometimes the interface is not what I would like to have but for usage is good

Time matter is good, I can do content creation like videos or pcitures, banners and more
A Blend of Creativity and Professionalism on the go
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly , the best thing about Canva is the simplest user interface and a variety of options and templates for your creation, where its picture, flyer, resume, receipt , video , and the list is only updating. Besides there is a lot of preview options before the actual download in any format. Its hard to remember hoe many times our team opens Canva for on the go creativity and editing . Adding to it , the whole setup and implementing it was smooth and customer support is 247. We have also integrated to one of our internal app which is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Canva and for now there nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is really solving our business problems of high design costs as outsourcing can be expensive for small companies and lack of design expertise as not every team has access to professional designers.
I am using canva from 2018 its a good application which is too easy for work

I like Canva because it's easy to use this app helps me a lot like to make broachers, Pentaflex, gift cards, marriage invitation card etc.

Canva sole a lot of problems like when my brother engagement I contact some shops foe engagement card they were so expensive, so I open Canva and make my it by myself it was my first time to use Canva it's so easy to use and I save a lot of money.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The colours and options are just amazing, easy to create anything for work , birthday cards, calendars, cv ..everything.

Need some instructions maybe as i dont know everything about it.

Creating nice easy calendar for work, and have nice pictures there to use. Instead of searching online etc.
You Can-va with Canva
What do you like best about the product?
I really had no experience with Canva until I started to volunteer for my daughters softball league and take care of all of the league's digital marketing needs. But with it being volunteer work in my extra time, I really didn't always have the most time to work on these projects. And that's where canva came in - the ease of use has been a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a lot of Photoshop in my professional life - it would be nice if PSDs could be compatible with the canva platform. I also wish it was an app as opposed to needing to be on the internet. Many times, I havent always had access to the internet while designing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it's simple. Ease of use! Templates, AI features etc, has really helped me with my work flow/output in a relatively short amount of time. Also am impressed with the pricing.
Easy and Professional Designs With Small Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?

Some premium elements are locked behind the Pro version, which can limit creativity unless you upgrade. Occasionally, the platform lags with large projects like multi-page eBooks, and the export options can be restrictive for custom formats. Offline functionality is also very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create high-quality graphics and professional eBooks without needing to hire a graphic designer or learn complex software like Adobe Photoshop or InDesign. It solves the problem of time-consuming design processes by offering ready-made templates, easy customization, and access to thousands of design assets. This allows me to produce marketing materials, social media posts, and client deliverables quickly and consistently — which is a huge advantage for my design consultancy and digital content creation work.
The best software for personal and professional use
What do you like best about the product?
It gives a lot of templates and it makes life very easy for both personal and professional life.
While I had to make a template for society function I used canva and it became easy for me to design. Also, for designing logos canva is useful a lot.
I have also used canva for creating different posters for our Company events.

One thing which I dislike about Canva is some of the templates are only allowed to use under premium as it becomes a bit costly to buy the premium version of the software.

Canva provides me proper colour combination for buisness use while creating content for different committees in our company.
Also it has various templates which makes it easy to create posters in short time.

Fantastic designs and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has tons of amazing templates, graphics, photos, videos, etc. that can be used to quickly and easily create designs that previously would take someone in Photoshop significantly longer and more skill to create. It's super easy to implement, all you need is an idea of the design you want, pick a template and switch out the text, and you're 90% of the way there to a great design you can use. We use it every single day for all sorts of graphics. It also integrates easily with ChatGPT, which is still being improved, but it can do a decent job of creating a draft design that can actually be edited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing designs with other people constantly prompts you to add them to your team, which is expensive to do. I'm just sharing the design with a client, so I don't need to add them to my team.

Canva allows us to quickly create beautiful designs, collaborate on them with the team and export into numerous formats. It also allows us to edit client designs for use in additional locations with the resizing tools.
