Great for Quick Designs, But Limited for Pros
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes quick design work super easy. For social media posts, presentations, or client mockups, I can create professional looking designs in minutes – even without opening heavy software. The templates are modern and very helpful when I need fast output.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I sometimes feel limited when it comes to advanced customization. You can’t do pixel-perfect adjustments like you can in Adobe tools. Also, for detailed print work, it’s not always the best option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, Canva helps me create quick social media posts, client mockups, and presentations without opening heavy software like Photoshop. It saves time, especially when I need to deliver fast results or work on the go. For urgent design needs, it’s a real time-saver.

Sometimes the expected font is not available and also UI issues occur

When working on larger projects with many elements, Canva can become sluggish, especially on older devices or low bandwidth.

Canva is solving the challenge of accessible, high-quality design for educators and content creators like me who don't have formal graphic design training. It bridges the gap between creativity and technical skill, allowing me to design visually engaging worksheets, teacher diaries, STEM event promos, and community posts with ease.
It also reduces my dependence on multiple tools—since I can plan, design, and collaborate all in one platform, it streamlines my workflow and saves hours of effort. What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have access to a large selection of stock photography for my designs. It's also accessible on all my devices including my uploaded graphics and photos. I've never used it but I like the idea of being able to download the canva app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's becoming a bit costly. I don't like that there isn't a proper pen tool.

Canva helps me to get a clear message across to staff as needed (for example posters with general messages such Lost and Found)

Nothing as such just while uploading the pdf the bifurcation of the text boxes can get better

It has all-in-one capability whether it is presentation or social media banner it helps everywhere. It's easy to use and it comes with built in templates which helps alot.

Nothing as such just in the free version mostly things are locked.

The monthly expenses. It tends to get expensive.

Best Affordable Editing Tool On the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is the ability to group and move elements around, which allows for a much easier and faster process when editing many pages of a booklet or design. I also love the resizer tool, which saves me a lot of time and energy when I need to make one design into a variety of different sizes and layouts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I dislike about Canva would be the limited variety of templates available- for me, I work in a health insurance industry and make benefit guides and insurance carrier marketing. There are not many applicable templates if any for this industry, as Canva seems more marketed towards retail, social media , small businesses, and other types of marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is solving the problem of "how can I quickly and easily edit without being a Publisher or Adobe Creative expert?" As someone without formal design and editing experience, Canva makes my life and my job much easier.
