What do you like best about the product?

Real-time collaboration. Your whole team can work on designs together without the usual back-and-forth chaos.
Bottom line: Canva turns anyone into a designer without the learning curve or crazy costs of traditional design tools. Perfect for small businesses, content creators, or anyone who needs good-looking graphics fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can make everything look similar. The reliance on templates can restrict creative freedom, offering less customization than more advanced design software. Your designs might end up looking like everyone else’s.
Limited customization options. Certain templates have preset layouts that restrict your ability to be completely creative and customize them. You’re often stuck with their design structure.
Basic tools for serious designers. For professional designers, Canva’s tools may seem basic compared to specialized graphic design software. If you need advanced features, you’ll hit walls fast.
Free plan is pretty limited. The free plan offers lower-quality downloads and limited export options (no SVG exports, for example). You’ll quickly need to upgrade for anything serious.
More features becoming paid. A lot of features in canva are now paid that’s the only thing i didn’t face any kind of a problem - users notice the free version getting more restricted over time.
Mobile app isn’t great.Canva mobile version has half of the features as compared to the desktop version, which is frustrating when you need to edit on the go.
Bottom line: Canva’s simplicity is both its strength and weakness. Great for quick, good-looking designs, but frustrating if you want full creative control or professional-level features.

No more expensive designers or software. Canva has eliminated the needed for expensive design software and agencies. Instead of paying thousands for Adobe Creative Suite or hiring designers, you get professional results for $10-15/month.
Design without skills. Canva does not need any technical skills and also have a low-cost model with a lot of amazing features. You can create stunning graphics even if you can’t tell Comic Sans from Helvetica.
Speed and efficiency. Creating nearly immediately with little to no training. What used to take hours or days now takes minutes. Magic Resize alone saves tons of time by instantly adapting one design for multiple platforms.
Team collaboration made simple. No more endless email chains with design feedback. Everyone can jump in, make edits, and leave comments in real-time.
Consistent branding without a brand manager. Brand kits keep your colors, fonts, and logos consistent across all designs, so everything looks professional and cohesive.
Content creation at scale. Small to medium-sized businesses ready to boost team productivity with real-time communication and simplified workflows. You can pump out social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials without breaking the bank.
Bottom line: Canva democratizes design. It turns the expensive, time-consuming process of creating professional visuals into something anyone can do quickly and affordably. Perfect for small businesses and teams who need great-looking content without the overhead.

A Must-Have Design Tool for Non-Designers and Pros Alike
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking designs, even without formal design experience. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, the templates are modern and diverse, and the ability to collaborate in real time with team members is a huge plus. I also love how Canva integrates with platforms like Google Drive, Instagram, and more, streamlining my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can lag when working on larger projects or presentations, especially with a lot of elements or animations. I also wish the file organization system allowed for deeper folder nesting or tagging to make it easier to manage a large volume of assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps streamline our entire content creation process across teams. It solves the challenge of needing advanced design software by providing an easy-to-use platform where anyone can create on-brand assets quickly—from social media graphics to presentations and print materials. It also centralizes our brand assets, making it easy to maintain consistency, especially when collaborating across departments. This has significantly reduced our turnaround time on design needs and empowered non-designers to contribute creatively without relying on a graphic design team for every task.
Easy and adaptable

Sometimes I wish it was easier to upload other file types to Canva. Occasionally, uploading a pdf or jpeg can give me some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides me a quick, easy way to create a design in a time crunch.
