It's an amazing tool. I have been using it for around 4-5 years now and I have enjoyed it a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
The different templates, graphics, video options, team sharing and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as of now that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a lot of templates that makes it easy for the user to choose rather than thinking about one and making it. it saves a lot of time.

I love that Canva makes it so that you don't have to have a design background to create fun and inviting graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little cheaper for the Pro version. Some of the best things about it are locked behind the paywall.

I use Canva primarily in my personal life. I use it to create invites and even have friends that reach out to me to create invites for them!

Ease of Use: Canva’s drag-and-drop editor allows us to quickly assemble content, images, and icons into a cohesive and attractive layout.
Templates Galore: The pre-designed templates for letters, flyers, and guides save us hours of formatting time and ensure brand consistency.
Collaboration Features: Multiple team members can work on the same design in real-time, which is perfect for quick iterations and approvals.
Job Aid Integration: We embed quick “how-to” scenarios and visual guides directly into the Welcome Letters, making them not just informative but also actionable.

The templates make it easy to find what you're looking for (and provide inspiration), and the ability to customize colors and fonts to match your brand is also immensely helpful!

I wish more features were available for free!

It is replacing photoshop in editing different images so that they match our brand (i.e., a collage of hex images). As mentioned earlier, I love drawing inspiration from templates!

What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes my life easier. We work in the real estate industry and creating flyers, branded materials and social media post is just done in minutes compared to using a CRM or templates

If you are unfamiliar with Canva sometimes its difficult to edit a template. You need to make sure to save your work as you go along in case you make any changes and change your mind.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple to start using Canva — no installation, just sign in and go. I was able to create my first design within minutes of signing up. All features are intuitive and self-explanatory I haven’t needed to contact support often, but the help articles and tutorials are excellent. On the rare occasion I did submit a query, they responded within 24–48 hours with helpful advice
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor lags when working on large presentations. Also, premium assets often show up in search, making it harder to filter free ones
