Simple, Powerful Design Tool for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
Canva's intuitive drag-and-drop interface, vast template library, and rich customization options make it extremely user-friendly. Even as a guest user, I can access high-quality design elements, collaborate in real time, and produce visually appealing content quickly. It saves time and boosts creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind a paywall, which can be limiting for guest users. Also, when handling larger files or complex designs, Canva can sometimes lag or crash, making the experience a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of needing advanced design skills or expensive software to create professional-looking visuals. It allows me to quickly generate high-quality designs for personal and social media use, without relying on a designer. The ready-to-use templates and easy-to-navigate tools save time and reduce the learning curve, making visual communication faster and more accessible.

Canva Pro saves me time and improves the quality of my materials.
What do you like best about the product?
Canva Pro is a tool that I use both in my work and in my personal projects, it allows me to quickly and professionally create training brochures, posters, and logos. What I value most is the huge variety of pre-designed templates that save time and are very easy to customize. Additionally, the program runs smoothly, without lag or errors, even when I'm working with the most complex designs. Another strong point is that the projects are auto-saved in the cloud, which allows me to open them later on any computer and continue without losing progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen many negative things so far, but maybe some advanced features could be better organized in the interface, especially when searching for specific items within large projects. But overall, the experience is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva Pro solves the problem of having to design from scratch and wasting time searching for visual formats. In my job, I need to create materials like brochures, posters, and logos constantly, and Canva offers me pre-designed templates that I can easily customize according to the theme. This allows me to save time, maintain a professional image, and deliver attractive material without being a graphic designer. Additionally, the fact that projects auto-save and can be opened from any computer gives me a lot of flexibility and continuity in my work.
Excellent photo editing software
What do you like best about the product?
It's been more than 8 years, I am using Canva as photo editing website. Very easy of implementation and I use everyday this website for the artwork design. Pre-defined templates are super and mostly the new AI feature makes canva more useful. Very ease of integration and outstanding in customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations of defined templates. Some templates are very old and people don't use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant photo editing and ease of operating. Just drag and set. It is very useful for urgent photo editing.

It charges for some of their products. I understand they have to make some type of money for this awesome app.

Canva solves the problem of having to pay someone. Everything on the site is easy to use.
Amazing for Small Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Canva can be used for simple or complex creations. We have used it for flyers, infographics, logos, images, social media, ads, presentations, etc. It is versatile and has many different plugins, add-ons, and AI features. From the most inexperienced to experienced user, almost everyone on our team can learn how to use Canva. I also like that we can upload our logo and create a branding theme to use when making things. Plus it's great that we can have multiple options for exporting the things we create and smooth integration with other programs. We use Canva every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could copy and paste text or answer some basic questions and Canva create a flyer or infographic for us. I don't think AI is there yet but it would decrease the man hours we have to put into making simple flyers and infographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps us promote our services to people who need them across social media, our website, email marketing programs, and through printable materials. We also create educational presentations and Canva gives us the freedom to be creative while also promoting our organization's brand.
Design for non-designers
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. It gives you the basis of designs from templates that you can modify and thus make professional creations even if you are not a professional designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the new part to create pages with AI, you can't edit the content previously created, it's a minimal adjustment, I really love using Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a professional designer, but I love design. Canva takes away the stress of "the blank page" and helps me create beautiful designs.

The options are hard to navigate, and it is hard to find the correct template for the project you want to complete. I find Publisher more user-friendly.

I love the ease of use, Help resources, and different features to be used across our line of business. Everyone has a different view and creative thought process. Canva helps us unite those ideas and collaborating for success

I love this app despite not paying for the premium option; it has very comprehensive and easy-to-use free features.
