My go-to graphic design tool for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, ease of using the platform, the sheer variety of elements available from a graphic design perspective, and how lately it has also been supporting self-draw feature. Have been using it almost daily since the last 9-10 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the fact that I'm too dependant on the tool for my design needs, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's democratizing graphic design for people and that's amazing! Now even a non-designer could come up with a decent visual thanks to all the templates Canva has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, tons of template available. Canva is a powerful tool yet it's beginner friendly

Many premium templates are locked. Internet dependency. It requires good internet connection to be able to work on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using Canva now I don't have to depend on experts for creation shot videos and designs.
Canva Does Not Honor Their Renewal Policies
What do you like best about the product?
Creative outlet to get designs done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had the legacy Canva Teams plan. It was scheduled for renewal on April 2. I went to go pay it on April 1 and they already cancelled it. When I reached out, they mentioned timezone excuses. None of their emails mentioned timezones. They refused to put me back on the plan even when it was their issue. I will be looking for an alternative. I no longer trust Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing anymore. However, they used to solve giving me a creative outlet and starting point with designs.

Templates, options, customization but overall how easy to use is and the many available options it has.

Mobile app can be glitchy sometimes and lagging

Canva your best friend as a small business owner
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and the free ideas allow me to excel my creativity. Helps me create content for my social media pages. It's easy to use and implementing your ideas. You can easily integrate Google Drive to it. I use it almost half the days of the week to create content for my business

Some of the designs and features are only available for the pro version.

Canva helps me bring my ideas to life. I use it to create content for my ad campaigns. Helps me save a lot of money which the graphic designer charges
Best for non pro editors
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Canva for a while now and it's just awesome. The drag-and-drop interface makes designing super quick, and there are tons of templates and images that save me time. Collaboration is easy too—feedback comes in fast. Highly recommended if you are not a pro editor.

Occasional lag and export delays, especially when you're in a rush.

Best platform to design carousels!
What do you like best about the product?
I used Canva to design a carousel post for my company page and it was very easy to use. The interface is very smooth, intuitive and easy to understand.
Also there are loads of free templates to complete my design quick.

Nothing that I can think of, few features and design templates are only availability in the Pro version.

User friendly, thousands of templates to use from, mobile friendly, has variety of options from social media to professional Presentation.

Little expensive comapred to other competitor applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has become an indispensable tool for our team, used almost every day. The Brand Kit and Brand Templates ensure that all our projects maintain a consistent look, while the Magic Resize tool significantly cuts down on the time we spend adjusting designs. Having all these features in one place means we no longer need to switch between different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be the ability to restrict specific fonts or assets to certain projects. Although we can assign brand kits to folders, having more stringent controls would help maintain consistency without depending solely on user training.
