What do you like best about the product?
Any beginner can understand how it works, very easy to edit and there are some custom templates so it's makes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a wider selection of templates, and the quality of the AI-generated images could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good templates which make editing easy , especially its very useful for creating a resume, social media posts,etc

I like that Canva makes it easy to share links, so multiple people can work together on a single deck. I also find the amount of templates available on Canva amazing, allowing me to choose any template and start my work. Canva offers features for creating LinkedIn banners, Instagram posts, stories, and YouTube thumbnails, making it a one-go solution for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the customization feature could be improved a bit. Also, the Canva AI offers a limited amount of free credits per month, which could be extended so that we can use AI features more and generate more visually appealing personalised templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides appropriate design templates for my presentations or other designs, making them more presentable and topic-specific. This tool simplifies the design process with its ready-to-use templates, especially for specific themes like the music industry.
Fast Design but Laggy Video Edits
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Canva as a quick tool mainly for social media posts, but it's great for flyers, blog banners, and even logos too. I find it quick because mostly things are pre-available and it offers lots of elements. I love the pre-made shadows, textures, waves, and gradients which help me work fast without having to dig deep into creating these basics. I also appreciate the Magic Eraser feature. The initial setup was very easy, just needed to make an account, and I could start editing elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the video editing option that they bring is very laggy. Everything feels slow, overcomplicated, and just… broken. Instead of improving the workflow, Canva made it a nightmare. I used to love how easy it was to make quick videos but now I waste so much time trying to do what used to take me seconds. Canva has to improve this issue asap.

I use Canva for social media posts, flyers, and blog banners. It's a quick tool with pre-made elements like shadows and textures that speed up my design process.

It is just that if a user is completely new to designing then he might get confused in the beginning otherwise it is a great tool and businesses should must try it.
