Canva Has Everything Our Startup Needs for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has everything. As a startup owner, I'm stretched thin, and all of their resources feel like a boost to my marketing strategy. They are worth every penny I spend on my yearly subscription.
Also, their captions for videos are among the best and easiest to use. I often edit my videos in Final Cut Pro then bring them over to Canva to do captions. So quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI features are honestly unusable for me. That said, I don't need them. I do just fine without them.
Also, for complicated video editing, I'd steer clear. It's fine for simpler (beginner and into intermediate level) stuff, though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I considered an Adobe Creator subscription, but the learning curve was too great. Canva keeps me from having to have a ton of different subscriptions and lowers the barrier to entry for certain skillsets that I don't have the time to learn right now.

I use Canva regularly to create marketing content like social media graphics, email visuals, presentations, and promotional materials. It makes it easy to design professional-looking assets quickly, especially when working on tight timelines. The templates and brand tools help keep everything consistent, allowing me to create high-quality visuals without needing advanced design software for every project. It's especially useful when working on tight deadlines or needing to create multiple assets efficiently. The templates are what I like most about Canva. They make it easy to create great looking designs quickly, especially when I'm in a time crunch. Canva's templates give me a strong, professionally designed starting point, which saves a significant amount of time compared to designing everything from scratch. I can select a template that already follows good design principles and quickly customize it with our brand colors, fonts, images, and messaging. This is especially valuable when I'm working on marketing campaigns that require multiple assets, like social media posts, email graphics, or presentations. The initial setup of Canva was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is very efficient for creating quick, professional designs, it can feel limiting when more advanced customization is needed. Some features don't offer the same level of precision and control as more advanced design tools, especially for highly detailed or production-ready files. Additionally, certain AI features can be inconsistent and may require manual adjustments to get the desired result. Sometimes it's hard to adjust the AI-created graphics. Adding more control to edit or refine specific elements of AI graphics would make the feature much more efficient and usable in real-world design work.

I use Canva to create marketing content efficiently. It simplifies designing professional visuals quickly, keeping them on-brand with templates and brand tools. This saves time on tight deadlines, reducing the need for advanced design software while ensuring high-quality results.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for school projects and creating flyers to stand out in the neighborhood. I find it really simple to navigate, allowing me to upload or browse for images easily. Canva provides all the tools I need for making a good project. I particularly appreciate all the varieties of templates and options, along with the different styles that make it work well, especially due to its simplicity and effective demonstration. I switched to Canva from Adobe Express because Canva's price was better and it was simpler, making it a better product overall. The initial setup was very easy, only requiring a few steps like entering my email and name.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to navigate the printing feature very well. I wish you could just click some buttons and connect to a printer like other websites, instead of having to download, save, then download again and make a whole other file just to print one project.

Canva is simple to navigate and lets me upload or browse images. It gives me all the tools I need for a good project.

I think Canva is really easy to use. I don't have to open complex software like Adobe Photoshop all the time, which I find not that easy to use. Canva is superior in ease of use. It's really easy for editing photos and videos, and it has lots of third-party integrations, which I love a lot. Its ease of setup is great, too, even a beginner can use it. I appreciate the integration feature, as it's really easy. Whenever I see a place where I can integrate Canva, I usually do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I don't like when they change the spot of something that was already there, so I have to find the feature again. Sometime it happened with me and I don't like this.","The uploading images should be a little easier. It's still easy, but I noticed they changed the location of how I used to upload photos, and I didn't like it. In the end, I found how to upload."}

Canva helps me easily remove bottom-ups from images and offers a variety of audio choices to enhance Instagram stories. It's useful for designing marriage templates for friends or clients.

I used Adobe before, but I prefer Canva for these reasons.

I wish that you could filter out pro and free items. It makes the free version frustrating when trying to work.
