Creative Freedom with Intuitive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy creating flyers for work with Canva because of the templates they already have, which are really useful. I also like the ability to be pretty creative in the free section, where a membership is not required. Another thing I appreciate is how incredibly easy the initial setup was; I just went to the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get confusing as to what is free or what is behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for creating flyers, utilizing templates that are customizable, and easily downloadable for company-wide access. Its free section allows creative freedom without needing a membership.
Intuitive, Cost-Effective Visuals Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Canva's templates are very helpful, and the selection of elements and images is great because I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. The implementation of AI tools in Canva allows me to describe the image I want, and Canva is usually pretty accurate at generating it for me. Canva is very intuitive, with a super-fast learning curve to catch on to how to use the tools. I love that I can store and organize my projects, and it's very cost-effective to create all of my business materials like flyers and business cards without relying on a company or an artist. The cost is also pretty reasonable for preprinted items. Additionally, the audio in Canva has made my life tremendously easier because the voiceovers are super easy to use, intuitive, and work perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more print options for some of the items that I would like to have. So some of the promotional items that I would like to print on, Canva doesn't offer those. I wish there was a customized tool that would allow print on various other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me solve the visuals problem since I'm not an artist. The templates and selection of elements are helpful, and the AI tools generate images effectively. It's intuitive with a fast learning curve, allowing me to create business materials without relying on a designer.
Canva’s AI Workspace Shines—Magic Layers Makes AI Images Truly Editable
What do you like best about the product?
This is a massive shift. Canva introduced Canva Sheets, which isn't just a static table. It's a visual spreadsheet where you can use Magic Formulas (AI-assisted data processing) and then instantly turn that data into Magic Charts.
Why it's cool: You can drag a live-updating chart directly into a presentation or a social post. If the data in your sheet changes, the design updates automatically.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a tool that now offers AI video and image generation, the output is often surprisingly low-res.
The Issue: AI-generated videos are often capped at 1366 x 768, which isn't high enough for professional 4K workflows.
The Fix: Canva needs to allow for higher-resolution upscaling upon export, especially for their "Magic Media" tools, so the content is actually usable for billboard-sized prints or high-end TV ads.

For most people, the hardest part of design is starting. Canva solves this by providing millions of professionally designed templates and AI-generated starting points.
The Benefit: It allows us to focus on refinement rather than creation. Instead of me having to explain how to build a layout from scratch, I can suggest a specific template or prompt, and you can have a "first draft" ready in seconds.

Effortless Graphic Design with Professional Results
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Canva allows me to create graphics quickly and easily, with a large variety of assets and fonts. The ease of creating graphics and websites is a major plus for me, and the background remover is awesome because it seamlessly removes background on most photos and saves me time from using another program and doing it manually in Photoshop. The initial setup of Canva was very easy, and it was super easy to set up templates and branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the website editor allowed me to edit both a mobile and web versions instead of automatically making a mobile version. I wish there were more options for hover effects etc on buttons. It also looks weird when images go to the edge on the screen in design but when converted to web they don't stretch all the way to the edge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva lets me create graphics quickly and easily with a large variety of assets and fonts. The background remover saves time by avoiding manual edits in Photoshop. Setting up templates and branding is super easy too.

Streamlined Image Integration, Easy Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Canva for creating website materials and presentations. I find it super convenient that I can find images and edit photos without having to jump to other tools. The unlimited images and easy photo editing really simplify my workflow. I also appreciate that the initial setup of Canva was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to design a poster, it's still not as powerful as Adobe creative tools. I think I would like to have the ability to create vector graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for creating website materials and presentations. It provides unlimited images and easy photo editing, so I don't have to switch between tools, which was cumbersome before.
Easy, Free Design Tool That Makes My Work Look Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a very good and easy platform for designing. I use it to make my resume, posts, and PDFs look clean and professional. Most of the useful features are free, so I don’t need any paid plan. It is simple to use and saves me a lot of time. It really helps me in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that for some advanced or better editing features, we need to take the premium plan. It also takes a little time to learn in the beginning, but overall it is very easy to use and quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is already a good platform, but they are still upgrading it to add even better features and make it easier to use. It has helped me a lot and continues to be very useful. Overall, it is perfect for designing and editing purposes.
Versatile Tool with Some Layer Management Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I prepare lectures with Canva and appreciate its variety of templates, which support both teaching and design tasks. I also like how Canva supports collaboration, and the platform allows me to record voiceovers with or without video, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving all the layers of design could not be moved together, making work tedious. If I have built a flowchart with the text in it, the whole flowchart or table is hard to move from one slide to another or if it needs to be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for preparing lectures, sharing links, and recording voiceovers. It's beneficial for collaboration and offers a variety of templates for teaching and design.
Canva Makes Professional Designs Easy with Templates and Drag-and-Drop
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is super easy to use, even if you don’t have any design experience. I really like the drag-and-drop interface and the huge collection of templates, fonts, and graphics. It saves a lot of time when making presentations, posters, or social media posts. Everything feels very beginner-friendly but still powerful enough to create professional designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like is that many good elements and templates are only available in the paid version. Also, sometimes the app can lag a bit when working on heavy designs or with slow internet. More offline functionality would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create designs quickly without needing advanced software like Photoshop. It’s especially helpful for making presentations, notes, and social media content in less time. This saves effort and makes my work look more professional without needing design skills.
Easy Template Search, But Pricey Membership
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to search for templates on Canva. Multiple options come up that are exactly what I need, which is super convenient. The fact that I can find a template at hand just by key searching is a huge time-saver compared to other platforms where I have to start from scratch. The initial setup was very easy, and this simplicity makes Canva even more appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The membership fee is too high for me sometimes. At times, I need to edit just one thing, and I can't afford it. The template I used initially was a part of Canva Pro, and because my membership ended, I can no longer edit it. I would suggest if I edited a certain template prior and now my membership ended, allow me to still have access to said template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves my issue of not having good templates by making it easy to search and find exactly what I need, saving me time from starting from scratch.
