Best moments with media editing
What do you like best about the product?
The number of resources and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Impossible not to like Canva, it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Pro subscriber, I have an abundance of templates and resources to create and edit images, photos, and videos perfectly. I use Canva daily and recommend it to everyone.

easy softwear, a lot of integration and big base of pics element etc

Having canva sheaper then hiring full time illustrator/desighner

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many options are available for design, making it super simple for a user who wants to create fun or interesting things without a lot of graphic design knowledge. The customer support is great. While I got Canva for business, I find myself logging on almost daily just to toy around with the different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't have any complaints about Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create quick, unique, and graphically pleasing content to distribute professionally or personally.

sometimes, when putting together videos, it can get kind of glitchy.

Helpful integration
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is simple to use and is helpful for creating templates or quick designs for clients. It is also simple enough that people who would like to take creativity into thier own hands can do that too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva puts the power of design into the hands of people who don't respect the foundations of good design. If everyone can be a graphic designer, nobody wants to pay professionals anymore. The problem with that is that the creative industry is flooded with designs full of stretched fonts, wonky layouts and print shops being sent lo-res .png files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create templates for clients that help them create files that are uniform and on-brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is most helpful to our Instructional designers as it is easy to use, there is never any downtown so it allows them to create daily, the continuous improvements by Canva gives more creative avenues and having a huge library of assets available to our Instructional Designers is also a huge blessing! The ease of saving projects in different formats and integrating them into another program to deliver our internal training to our employees is the best part of using Canva. As an industry leader, we need to provide engaging L&D content to our employees in order to provide first class customer support in our Telecommunications business to remain the best and retain customers. We love Canva and wouldn't use any other software program!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any negatives aspects of Canva Enterprise!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our Telecommunications company, new products, changes in current products, yearly pricing and packages changes, new hire onboarding, upskilling to new skillsets, and HR communications are things we need to achieve to be successful. We use Canva Enterprise to create our training content or update content that has been created in the past, to provide top notch, fun, engaging training for our internal clients. By investing into our L&D program, we are able to stay an industgry leader, engage our employees in a fun way, ensure our employees are knowledgeable about our services and products we offer and support, and have higher retention rates than national averages. Something to mention, we also use Axonify to store our Canva created videos, tasks, PDF's and questions to deliver to our employees. We have used other software, and nothing is as easy to use as Canva Enterprise. It helps keep cost down and each of our Instructional Designers are able to create several videos each week instead of one every couple of weeks with other software!

As a designer in a marketing team, I initially faced some skepticism regarding Canva, especially since the Adobe Suite is renowned for its professional quality. However, I started using Canva years ago and have found it to be the best option for a non-specialized team. For example, I can create the art, and the social media managers can easily view, review, and download the designs on their own—making the workflow much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva has some limitations, especially for more complex design tasks that may require the advanced capabilities of Adobe Suite. However, for most day-to-day tasks, Canva is more than sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic creative creation is a standout. It's easy to use, and because it's online, it allows for seamless collaboration within the team. This flexibility and accessibility make it an invaluable tool for us.

As a digital marketer who creates content daily for both my own brand and clients, Canva has become my go-to design platform. The template library is incredibly comprehensive, and I love how the community aspect allows users to share their templates - it's like having a crowd-sourced design team!
The recent addition of Design School has been super valuable for skill-building, and don't even get me started on Canva AI and Dream Labs - the ability to generate designs from prompts is mind-blowing and really streamlines my workflow for social media banners and website graphics.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is fantastic overall, I feel they could improve their trial experience for new users, especially entrepreneurs just starting their digital marketing journey. The current free tier, while useful, doesn't give full access to all features that could help newcomers really evaluate if the platform meets their needs. For internet marketers working with tight budgets, having a more comprehensive trial period would make the transition to paid plans more compelling.

Even without formal design training, Canva's intuitive interface and pre-made templates allow you to create professional-looking materials that compete with bigger players in the online education space. The Design School feature helps you continuously improve your skills.
