Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy interface and a lot of templates

Canva is the end all be all for easy photo editing and creation
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I like everything about Canva. I teach classes on Canva. It's easy to use. It's easy to implement. Everybody off the street could use Canva. Plus, it's adorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Canva is sometimes hard to sign into different accounts on the same computer using the same browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Canva is solving is "How do I market my library?" "How do I promote by activities via Social Media?" This benefits me by creating eye catching designs, creating videos, and also engaging students with Canva and photo editing software.
Exceptional capability where you own your own destiny.
What do you like best about the product?
There's many things I like about Canva; the tech itself as a design platform is exceptional and easy to use, the support and onboarding teams are first class and will work tirelessly for you as a customer for ease of implementation. What I like the most, is the opportunity to own your own destiny to create something unique and special for your business with Canva's API's. The Connect and AutoFill API's are easy to integrate and allow you to potentially push into areas that drive frequency of use, efficiencies and ultimately profitability to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I dislike about Canva but as an Enterprise customer with a large network with many users, there's elements we don't want our users to see / use, but I also acknowledge that's part and partial to the system. Maybe one day where you can curate the interface to suit the requirements of the customer, that could be a worthy discovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand consistency and software consolidation. Canva ensures the integrity of the assets are kept in place with the lockdown feature, it also allows flexibility / creativity when needed on particular assets. Canva's functionality is so diverse that it can help consolidate your tech stack, saving money on subscriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I'm a Figma user so compared with Figma, canva is less easy to align layers.
- And I don't like the fact that if I use the templates generated from the admins of our company, I don't have the freedom to break or change the elements in the template on my own slides

Canva - Effortless Design Magic for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is like a creative buddy who’s always got my back! I got in with less design skills, and within few minutes, I was making stuff that looked decent, talk about a confidence boost. Signing up was easy as there was no complicated setup, just create an account and start designing. I’m on it almost every day, whether I’m designing a quick Instagram post or putting the finishing touches on a presentation. The tools are so versatile: brand kits, video editing, and even team collaboration features make everything flow. I love how Canva keeps adding new stuff, so it’s like getting creative and advanced all the time and the integrations. Total game-changer I can pull files from Google Drive or Dropbox and share my designs without a hassle. Customer support’s been awesome too. I had a billing question once, and they got back to me fast with real help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s one of the best tools for most projects, but if you’re aiming for something really advanced especially if you’re used to more advanced and powerful design software it can feel a bit like you’re working with a simpler set of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has resolved the issue of providing professional-level design to everyone regardless of graphic design experience. It does so by not utilizing complicated software and long training and instead providing an easy-to-use interface with pre-existing templates, drag-and-drop elements, and a massive asset library. This helps me design professional-level social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials in minutes rather than hours of training or through outsourcing. Collaboration tools allow me to share with my peers with ease so that my peers and I can interactively work with each other. Integrations with Google Drive save time by bringing everything together in one place. This has saved me time and cost and enabled me to create professional-level design that elevate my personal and professional life.
Makes designing on brand presentations and assets super easy
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, didn't require any tutorials to get started or elaborate setup. I am a designer but it's a product that can be used by anyone, and I still use Canva for my presentations over other design tools. It makes it especially easy to have all the company branding, assets and templates accessible. Customer support is also great, when we had issues the team were quick to respond and jump on a call to help resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that took me a while to discover/weren't as intuitive.

It helps centralise processes and brand assets for creating presentations across the company to ensure we have consistent templates and branding both internally and externally

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and work collaboratively with others. Setting up templates makes the whole team stay on brand. I use it daily for work!

Some features aren't as extensive as other design tools.

Collaboration between all teams and implementation of the brand in a consistent way. All assets in one place.

The ease of use and the ability to seamlessly create, collaborate and share content across teams and partners.
There is also an incredible range of templates, apps, integrations, ability to customise brand kits, inclusion of AI... so many features that make it such a valuable tool that enable teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively whist saving on design costs.
I have also had a very positive experience with customer stupport, with ease of implementation from account set up to training and ongoing checkin sessions and updates to ensure seamless ease of integration for our business.
There is also an incredible range of templates, apps, integrations, ability to customise brand kits, inclusion of AI... so many features that make it such a valuable tool that enable teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively whist saving on design costs.
I have also had a very positive experience with customer stupport, with ease of implementation from account set up to training and ongoing checkin sessions and updates to ensure seamless ease of integration for our business.

The folder structure can make it a little confusing at time to view designs.

Perfect tool for light graphic design
What do you like best about the product?
It's a streamlined graphic design program with lots of templates to help even the newest designer make something great.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more like a feature than a bug, but it is limited if you want to get into really deep design work. There are several features, that don't exist, which force you to have to use another program, or find a workaround. However, I don't think that's an issue because if you needed to go that deep, naturally, you'd be using illustrator or photoshop instead.

Canva helps me make quick graphic that look great in a simple design platform

The interface is pretty appealing and makes searching for graphics and templates pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that Canva is powerful but I feel like I have to do a lot of trial and error to find a specfic edit feature. I feel like I'm just scratching the surface.

It streamlines sharing and collaboration of content creation across our marketing team. Very accessable.
