Canva is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love canva's magic media tools. They make it so easy for me to create graphics for my company. Their ease of use is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike canva's ai suggestions. I feel as if they just clutter the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easy for me to create graphics for my company. In the past, my company has always had a problem with managing our brand colors, images, and fonts in one place but canva has solved that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great tool for design purposes. As a technical writer, I used it for presentations or diagram making. I always enjoyed the experience. I use it regularly. When you are new to Canva, it provides you with a tour of the platform. It helps to a great extent to get familiarized with the platform. There are various templates available for different purposes. You can easily select one and start modifying it as per your need. This makes it much easier to use and integrate as one of the helpful tools in your organization. Also, you will easily get a large community of users of Canva. So it is much easier to get support whenever and wherever you may get stuck. Further, implementing your work or media to proceed with custom design is relatively much easier. Overall it provides flexibility, ease of use, and great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
if asked what I dislike about Canva, I will say most of the graphics, elements, etc are available as premium features. This restricts you from using the entire collection of elements and graphics they have and the way you want your design to be. However, if you have bucks in your pocket and rooting for great designs, you can go for the premium plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to create great designs. I needed a tool to create a presentation easily but with an aesthetic and appealing view. Canvas helped me to do wonders creating amazing presentations easily with so many templates available. Also, I needed a platform to create visual diagrams for my content. Canva helped me to design that too easily in minutes with a great pool of graphics they have.

Stock Image Restrictions: Some stock photos, videos, and other elements are only available in the Pro version, and even with a subscription, you may find that some assets still come with additional costs.

Canva has been a game-changer for creating visually appealing designs in a fraction of the time. For social media, it's my go-to tool for quick, high-quality graphics.

What do you like best about the product?
The Magic continues with Canva...truly the past year it kept upgrading, evolving bringing ease of use to the next level all the time! It has now become an 'enterprise' where any material or need you can think of that will need creativity, professional look at the fastest time is made available, and good to go!
I can edit on my computer and my phone amazingly! So it's not just Canva for every need but Canva anytime, anywhere!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's integrations and AI is not yet optimized. I understand it's still in the Beta phase but some applications have been launched almost a year now and it's still performing the same. Right now integration with Grammarly is a little concern. Because the icon if there are corrections or edit suggestions will not quickly go away! It's very disturbing when you are in the zone and it blocks some buttons to click or you are just focusing on the design and not on the text or content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Canva is solving for me is the ease of use. When demand is high and creative thinking is low, Canva is the most dependable and help me deliver. Plus now gaining expertise in using the app, Canva doesn't to just help me in any design or creativity need, it can be use anytime, anywhere.

One of the main reason because of which I like Canva is it's vast template library. There is every kind of template available.
It is easy to use because of its smooth interface.
It's basic feature are free of cost which was one of the reason to try it.
There is a collaboration feature in which multiple people can edit the design on the same file. I use Canava frequently about once a week.
The customer support is helpful and usually replies within 3 days.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva requires the internet connection all the time because of which I cannot do any task offline.
It lack in text formatting options.
On exporting the final design from Canva, there is often a drop in poster quality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As my first design software, Canva exceeded my expectations by very much. Its simple interface helped me to quickly grasp it's design functionality. It helped me in creating posters for various social media platforms and photo enhancements. The free basic plan provides more availability as compared to other designing softwares.

The best and most helpful thing about Canva is that we can quickly create various graphics designs using ready-made templates available within the Canva library.
It also offers great features like background removal of images, adding audio, and various other features, which make graphics or video attractive.

The only dislike about Canva is that its paid plan for us is a bit costly, and if we use trail plan the quality of downloaded graphics is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Canva now we can make graphics for our social media accounts quickly, also creating advertisement banners is also a very simple process with this tool, there is no need to have any expertise in graphics creation.
