No Adobe? No problem!
What do you like best about the product?
I am experienced in Adobe products. But sometimes, I want to create something quickly. Canva is simple, quick and so easy to use. I've been using Canva since 2018. I started using Canva to create simple social media graphics. I now use it to make nearly everything. Customer support is usually quick to respond. On the Team account, it was quick to set up and add our users. It has been easy for new users to begin learning how to use it. It is so easy to share templates and view links across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customer support is a little slow to respond. But there are so many users, videos, and Facebook Groups out there that you can usually find the answer you need pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is a tool that I can quickly teach any user how to use. The cost is nice compared to other design suites.

Sometimes adding graphics or other things are not intuitive and easy.

One common issue with Canva is occasional lag or slow performance, especially when working on complex or large designs.

Rady made templates are amazing, hd quality result, one plateform for different types of works.

I am using the canva from last 3 years, overall good performance in all aspects, nothing for dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fulfil my all designing purpose like: image editing, video making, social media post making.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are particularly helpful when creating social media posts en mass. The easy to use UI means anybody in business can design their own branded posts, stationary and so on. Share work with the collaborate features and export in all the important formats. We use Canva all the time for so many different reasons, it's hard to imagine working without it now!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike about Canva, but if pressed, I'd say some of the 'magic' tools have a little way to go. For the price and usefulness, it is very hard to fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Canva saves a lot of time right across the board. Some team members with less experience in using the usual graphic design programs can still create thanks to Canva. It also has a vast amount of stock imagery, which is useful for articles, posts, web design and much more.
Easy to learn, makes it easy to look professional

Lots of templates for all types of projects, easy to use and easy to connect to apps for social Sharing.

I have a pro account that I'm still having issues collaborating with my teammates because you don't allow sub teams under a corporate team account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large demand for a marketing and graphic design person, Canva makes it easy to template my business so I don't have to hire somebody else to take that part of my day-to-day over
An awesome tool for creating images, branding material
What do you like best about the product?
I like the software UI and smoothness. Its extremely fast and gives a seamless user experience.

Few of images are in specific ratios only. Canva should provide option to create the same design in custom sizes, especially 16:9 ratio

Great app for a content creator like me
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like about Canva is the pre-made templates that I can just edit to make my preferred design. It's actually one of a kind app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about the downsides but maybe sometimes it loads slower. Maybe because there are already a lot of users but it doesn't affect the quality of the app

As what I have mentioned in the previous page, it helped me because of the pre-made templates that I can just edit and incorporate my content to the pre made design.
I don't know how I'd do my job without Canva.

I'm by no means an Adobe-certified designer, so having a powerful tool like Canva helps me create professional looking content in a fraction of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As easy as Canva is to use, there are times when even the simplest task can't be completed within the platform and so I have to search for workarounds to achieve what I'm trying to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create high quality images and videos to help promote my company's brand awareness without the need to rely on difficult (yet very powerful) tools like Adobe that require years of practice. Canva saves a lot of time for small marketing teams that don't have as many resources to create engaging content.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has a lot of features tahat can help me create designs especially that I am still new in marketing. It's very easy for me to use as well and I can choose a lot of pre-made designs that I can just modify. I almost use it in my daily tasks especially in creating contents on Linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the elements need to be paid if you don't have a pro version of Canva. But I totally udnerstand so sometimes I would just pay for a single element that I need to include in my graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like what I have said earlier, it helped me to become more creative since I just need to edit the premade templates to make my own design.
