Versatile Design Tool with Minor PDF Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva works with a lot of formats, which allows me to use any form of visualizations I have, and update them or build something new. I also find it quite easy to build specific presentations and visual ones, especially using the AI tools. The AI tool is really good. Additionally, it's really simple to use, and the cloud-based nature means I don't need to install it on any computers. This makes Canva very accessible for ordinary employees in marketing and PR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some limitations. I found out that in some cases, some PDF files have been broken or some text has been overlapping each other. But this is, let's say, minor issues case by case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Canva helps a lot by eliminating the need for a dedicated image editor, enabling us to create presentations and automated videos easily without specialist skills.

A lot of the designing are canva pro (pay wall) and make it more difficult to have a creative design

I’m not very computer-savvy, and Canva is easy to use. It’s been very helpful and makes it much simpler for me to create what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to get Canva to design my project at the exact size I need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me avoid having to hire a marketing team, because I’m able to handle most marketing activities myself through their features and support.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for both personal and office tasks, and it truly is the best option for post creation and presentation ideas. When I'm stuck on a presentation to impress clients, Canva helps me with PPT ideas, which is a huge help. I like Canva's many templates for different categories and how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop feature is also very good. Setting up Canva was smooth and easy, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel using the mobile app Canva is lagging and it's hard to find templates when compared to using a computer.

I use Canva for creating posts and presentations. It helps when I'm stuck with presentation ideas to impress clients. The templates, drag-and-drop feature, and easy setup are useful for my personal and office activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The preloaded templates and brand kit feature, make it easy to create social media content for the nonprofit I work for. I love the different fonts, art styles, color gradients it offers. It's also easy to utilize other apps through canva like qr code generators
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes for me pretty often, especially when I'm editing long form content & graphics. Sometimes certain elements don't populate on the page.

Creating social media graphics both independently and collaboratively, that are cohesive with brand of the organization I work at.
Effortless Designs with All-in-One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Canva for designing, and it's very reliable for that. I love that I get all the useful tools and different sizing of canvases which makes it easy and less time-consuming. Everything I need is under one roof—from graphics, shapes, photos, and videos to pre-made templates that inspire new designs. The font library is huge, and I can even upload custom fonts. The apps that Canva has are a plus; I really enjoy features like text wrap and pre-made mockups, which are fantastic. I like the ease of access because I don't have to jump between tabs to get resources like stock videos and photos; everything is in one place. I can also edit and share from anywhere in the world; I just need a stable internet connection. I appreciate how fast designs come to life with Canva, even complex ones, which makes me go wow every time. Basic video editing is easy, and it can even put captions in different languages. The initial setup was really easy, and the user interface is super friendly with almost no learning curve. I also like that when I share my designs with people, they can easily pick things up and learn quickly. The brand tool is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While editing videos, the interface should be more polished. I use a separate video editing software, but it's my personal opinion; there may be people who actually like the video editing interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides all the useful tools and elements under one roof, making designing easy and time-saving. The huge font library and ability to upload custom fonts are great. I love the ease of access and how complex designs quickly come to life.
Canva Makes Team Design Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great way for teams to work together to create cards, pamphlets, mailings, and more! It's relatively easy to learn, easy to implement organization-wide, and has integrations that are helpful. Our organization uses it frequently as we do most of our design work through Canva! It helps us to easily do our design work, share it with others, and make prints to send via mailings. It's relatively easy to use, the customer service is great, and the features continue to expand!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of time playing with it to get familiar with how to handle certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design work has been made much easier through Canva, and at a great price! Our designs for mailings, annual reports, etc., have all become much more engaging through our use of Canva!
Easy, Intuitive, and Affordable Design with Canva
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes making graphic posts and designs easy and intuitive and most importantly, affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva's tools are not as robust as something like adobe illustrator, where it can be difficult to "draw" things with computer assistance.

Canva is a great platform for creating social media posts and ads. They have made it easy to have your brand voice and colors readily available so that you can customize templates quickly and can post directly to your social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva really helpful for creating posters, forms, and even videos with ease. The drag and drop feature, resizing, adjusting text, and reformatting options make design work much simpler compared to tools like PowerPoint or Paint. The advanced search option is also really handy for quickly finding the images, icons, or symbols I need and adding them effortlessly to my projects. Canva's user-friendly interface makes resizing and adjusting text super easy. Additionally, the multiple free and paid templates are a great resource, making it easy to get started and find inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Canva is very user-friendly, they should provide suggestions while creating posters, banners, or videos to help the user in real-time, thus increasing the quality of the content. Canva can add more free templates, as currently, the number of templates in the free section is very basic and minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva's drag and drop features make alignment easy, unlike PowerPoint or Paint. Its search and resizing tools simplify creating posters. The templates, both free and paid, are convenient for quick work.
