Product is Solid, Support is Not.. Overcharged Without Reason or Repair
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is solid for novice designers

Inexplicable double charging with a nearly useless support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing at the moment, very displeased with these charges.

The best I like about Canva is that we can create almost any type of graphics quickly by using its ready to use templates. We are on regular basis making use of this application for making graphics for our social media accounts.
Canva offers customer support by email, we can mail them for any type of issue we encounter with.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Canva right now, I am getting all the benefits from Canva which any professional graphics creation tool provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Canva, we can create multiple graphics for social media accounts within few minutes, as it has a lots of ready to use layouts, which we need to choose and start editing those as per our requirement.

Canva is the best platform ever to create & build for brand's presence. It has lots & lots of templates where you can prepare creative designs. The best part is that it has lot of free features to use & accessible to everyone. One can prepare brand logos, social media graphics, presentations, videos & much more.
It's best if you are a small-medium business owner & won't be able to spend a lot on your brand building, this is your go-to platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pro features are amazing but it's a little costly for small businesses. The pro templates are creative & their library is massive, but no major dislikes, I love Canva.

It has helped me with my freelancing projects.

I love Canva, It makes my work easier. I can create tons of content for our corporate social media.
Is easy to use, load with tons of options and templates. I use it in weekly basis and is great, I can integrate it with our platforms.

Sometimes on the pho version is not the best but I love it anyway.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very useful for newbies to learn designing quickly. It helped a lot of startups to grow their social media profile with ease of use. I personally like that I can quickly make documents for my clients on it.

I would say, I don't dislike Canva at all.

On Canva, the graphic work is quick now as compared to the previous time. Everytime we think of creating a post or a document it took hours to do it. But now with Canva, it's I think 10mins of work for a good creative post.

This is the simplest and most effective investment of my business so far. I can do video, audio, social media, brochures. It has mad a massive difference to my small business output, style and confidence in moving forward
