Excellent graphics avaialble!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many graphics are available even for a non-premium account

The interface of changing slide background could be better

It makes it very siple for designing logos that need a quicj turnaround

What do you like best about the product?
Simple but complete, functional, practical, self-intuitive, works on cell phones and tablets in a practical and quick way, access via the web version (for when I'm not at home), very complete library of items, examples, images and references.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing that we only find in the applications tab, but there is no way to "favorite" or highlight by categories. The search for resources in these complementary applications leaves something to be desired in terms of how easy it is to find what we need. Lacks possibility of exporting to WEBP files and vectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a user of the Adobe package, but I really lack the practicality and possibility of working directly on my cell phone, while I'm at the client, for example. With Canva, in addition to the excellent quality and speed of creation, I can do everything I do on the computer, using my cell phone. This is fantastic for me, I currently use Canva much more on a daily basis than other applications.
Great for making simple graphics or designs and it is easy to navigate .
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use ,has billions of templates to choose from and customize . I love that it can save or convert which ever project i'm working on as Pdf , word , docs etc for free . Great for social media , presentations and comprehensive resources make it indispensable , canva boosts creativity and efficiency . Canva empowers me to unleash creativityand get things done efficienty .
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version provides essential features , while the pro versions unlocks advanced options . some of the features on the free version may not sufficient for proffesional use also it provides low video quality in free version . some users may find it slightly limited for complex design projects but overall , its a versatile tool for creating engaging visuals content .

You can create fantastic online marketing , personal projects, videos, imges, anything with canva,
now canva is integrated with the 3rd party apps as well hence can be used for many other image tasks as well within canva.
Due to this i use canva most of the time in my daily life.

The teams working feature and the premium features, needed more versatile quality items in them.

Canva is solving the issues like :
1. as it is web browser based platform, hence no requirement of downloads, hence compact and easy to use from anywhere and on any machine,
2. Lots of apps 3rd party inside, hence easy and versatile use of elements inside of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use without sacrificing creativity and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! It took a bit of fiddling to find the right template for various projects.

Accessible graphic design
A user friendly tool to design the social post, PPTs, banners and much more..
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use, there are preloaded templates and styles that we can customize as per our requirements. I use this tool very much to create posts for my client and this tool is making my task easy and sharing my work load.
What do you dislike about the product?
that would be bad to say and greedy to ask but I would like to have some more templates and styles with more customization freedom. Custom support is available via AI, it should be a real person to solve our queries. Rest is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to visualize all the things and design but now with the help of Canva, it is easy for me. There are preloaded things that are helping me a lot and saving the time as well. Also, I can share the things with team, providing them access to edit so this tool helps with the teamwork.

I do not dislike anything about canva. It is intuitive and easy to learn.

It is easy to access and use, not too many boundaries to overcome. There are templates to use for learners.

It is not the best for graphic desigb, sometimes the printing is faulty.

It helps me create professional posters in an accessible way (not too costly).
The product is decent, but the customer service is as bad as I have ever seen.

Easy to learn most functions, was able to get going prett quicly. Lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lord help if you need any type of customer service. They will send canned responses, not responding to questions after an agent asked me to provide info. The Help Section is not up to date.

Used it to make silhouttes mainly. The process to learn was easy.
