Drag-and-Drop Design with Clean, Modern Templates That Save Time
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is pretty much drag and drop, so you can create good looking graphics, presentations, or social media posts in minutes without stressing about complicated tools. The templates are clean and modern, and there’s a huge variety to choose from which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit limited if you want very precise control over design elements compared to more advanced tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit is the speed. I can quickly put together something that looks professional without having to hire a designer or spend time messing around with advanced programs, which ends up saving me both time and money.
User-Friendly Design Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva really easy to use. The friendly user interface is understandable for both professionals and non-designers. I also appreciate the amount of free templates available to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The designs available in the library have a style that you can always understand was made using Canva, meaning people might not hire a designer like me because they can choose from pre-made designs that are overused and lack design principles. I also think there should be a review of pricing and filtering out low-quality designs in the library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva lets me create designs to share with clients and offers an easy-to-use interface friendly to both professionals and non-designers.
Beginner-Friendly Templates That Make Design Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very beginner-friendly and easy to use. I can rely on the layouts and existing templates to get about 80% of the work done, and then spend the rest of the time refining. As a non-designer, Canva will always be my go-to tool for presentations, banners, quick LinkedIn posts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a product manager, I sometimes want to do quick wireframing—low- or medium-fidelity wireframes—which Canva doesn’t really help with. For those, I end up going to Whimsical or Figma. It doesn’t necessarily have to cover that, but given its positioning, it could very well expand into those core designer features too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick TAT for presentations. It’s easy to visualize data and present charts, and the best part is the wide range of chart options that work directly with the data. I never need to worry about adding images or adjusting ratios, because it handles that really well. The customization options are very good, and the branding features are also managed quite well.
Canva Makes Everyday Projects Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is really user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love the features that improve my projects without me even having to think about it. I use it all the time, both for personal work and for professional projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating at times when certain features are only available with the premium option, but I understand why it’s set up that way. If I really need something for work, I’ll just use my personal account with the premium membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the nuisance of having to update presentations all the time, Canva makes it super simple to fix one or two minor things quickly, without having to overthink it.
Incredible AI Suite with Templates That Make Design Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The AI suite is increible. I love the templates, it's so easy to use. It covers literally everything I could ever need, from video, photo, graphic and more
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the templates are popular and your design can often look similar to others. Also the AI suite hasn't been as effective since December 2025 - I find that the AI expand or remover for example are a bit clunky recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI suite makes editing photos so easy, cleaning up using the magic eraser, and magic expand to make certain photographs a different size. Love the huge variety of fonts and colours
Quick Designs and Landing Pages Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create quick designs and landing pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Time it takes to load and work. Always stale out now since adding AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly create QR codes and remove blemishes on images.

I like how easy Canva is to use. It has many templates and tools that make creating designs quick and simple, even if you’re not a designer.

Many features are only available with the paid version.

Canva makes it easy to create designs without needing special skills. This saves me time and helps me make professional-looking graphics quickly.
Great Personalization and Plenty of Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the personalization options, and the number of templates available to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not very mobile-friendly, especially when I need to add text or lock objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me handle planning components for clients, such as invitations and social media templates.
User-Friendly Canva with Endless Templates and Options
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva is user friendly, has soooo many options from marketing to team white boards, and you can find templates for almost anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it can be a little glitchy sometimes but thats to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we don't have our own department for creatives, Canva makes it really easy for me to create ads, website graphics, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can efficiently design multiple pieces. The templates are a great way to get started if you're lacking inspiration. The auto-save feature is a lifesaver, and I love the system's usability. I use it daily for my job and personal use. It integrates well with multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily dislike anything, but I'd love to see more freehand drawing tools that aren't so touchy or finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is giving me more time back in my day. I've been using it for years and it only gets better and better!
