Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva as it has a user-friendly interface, helpful pre-design templates, and the option to use ai for new creations. It has great features and an extensive media library and it's cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Canva's free version, there may be limitations on the ownership and control of the designs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves several problems related to graphic design and content creation, making it a versatile and accessible tool for various users, e.g. Limited design skills, time constraints or lack of access to design resources.

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-designer, I can design almost anything easily. The Pro plan comes with 1000s of excellent images & stock photos/videos. They keep adding high-level, useful AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to keep my designs and uploads organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never wanted to go through the learning curve of Photoshop and Canva allows me to do everything I need without training. It's very intuitive. As I learn to do new things and discover new features, I get new ideas for content I'd like to create.
Nice platform for amazing design and Graphics !
What do you like best about the product?
In Canva i like the most there is many options to create different different task, for example I would like to make a YouTube banner so i have as much option that is enough for me to make a perfect banner for my channel. I literally like this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about canva that after editing the poster, video, flyers etc. there is an option to download the files, afterwards doing all the stuff while downloding it showing that you have to buy premium to use that single font or something which you have used in your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is doing a great job, for e it helps me a lot for making my college Presentation, Posters, Event Flyers and Logo also. I am very happy to be a part of Canva family.
The Most User-Friendly Design Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is my current favorite design tool. I never thought it would compete against giants of design like Adobe, but it is incredible the way they have made it more robust and full of capabilities. There are very few things you cannot do in Canva, and integrations with other design tools are easy. Everything is fast, beautiful and intuitive with Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
An opportunity for improvement would be to include more pre-designed animations and easy animation effects. Additionally, incorporating more font effects would enhance the user experience. Furthermore, organizing the filing system more efficiently would be beneficial. However, overall, I simply love the tool.

Canva enables creating marketing designs for all channels in record time and with excellent graphic quality.

Canva offers an intuitive and clean user experience that simplifies designing and publishing content. With an easy-to-use drag-and-drop system, a large library of stock images and fonts, the ability to create and add brand kits, and a helpful selection of pre-defined canvases, Canva takes a lot of the grunt work out of design and enables everybody to create good looking content in less time.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to choose something I dislike. Canva does precisely what it needs to and more. Speaking as a professional designer, Canva does lack some functionality and it doesn't have the same "WHOOMPH" as other tools – illustration and photo or video editing capabilities are quite limited, but I suspect this will greatly improve over time. Canva is certainly a disruptor in an industry that needed shaking up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easy for me to work with clients and create social media posts and ads that use consistent branding. It helps me to create my own posts in less time and has enabled me to build an easy-to-access library of resources and assets for multiple clients.
Perfect Efficiency Tool for Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is amazing! You definitely don't need to be a design pro or a tech wizard to use it. It's a great efficiency tool for small businesses, freelancers or anyone whose role requires them to wear many hats
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it's great, but I wish the internal organization structure would allow for more customizations to fit the needs of different team structures.

Any problems related to design or tech skills, limited resources, professionalism, branding, and consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is incredibly versatile and user-friendly. I love the huge library of templates and design ideas, plus the ability to start from scratch and make my own design. The sharing options are also impressive because of ease of use and available options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am currently a Pro member, but prior to that I was using the free account which was somewhat limiting. It would be great if the free plan would offer just a little more to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has solved several design problems for me as it offers so many templates, inspirations, and ideas. Beyond the design, though, Canva has also provided a place to organize and share my design ideas.

The application is very limited and sometimes it's needed to use other application to make more creative videos or pictures.

It's convenient if you want to create a logo or a post for one of your social media, currently, it's possible to make a short video.

when you lock a layer you can still select it if you swipe to select which makes it hard to modify the layer below it

Canva is very easy to use and its intuitive design tools allow users to create graphics, presentations, social media posts, and other visual content quickly and easily. Also its variety of templates, images and graphic elements is extensive, which facilitates the creation of designs.

There are some limitations in advanced design customization, such as the detailed manipulation of elements or the lack of certain design functions that other tools have.

Canva facilitates quick content creation, useful for presentations, social media marketing, professional documents and more. And because it is a cloud-based tool, it allows access and editing from any internet-connected device.
