Excellent service especially for nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Free for non-profits, provides great ideas and inspiration. I use canva for all of my media design, at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not always the most intuitive and could benefit from additional labeling of tabs and features. Sometimes it is hard to select certain items on the design and isolate them from one another. I have not had to utilize customer service, so I can't speak to the quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creation tools for social media and marketing can be expensive and inaccessible. Canva is neither.
Great Potential, Riddled With Censorship
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop environement makes things easy even for those without any graphic design skills. Also, there is a vast array of templates to choose from, which saves a ton of time that would otherwise be spent brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, shortly after the text-to-image generation features starting being implemented, the censorship came right along behind it. We own a botanical/herbal supplement store carrying only 100% legal products, yet we have found ourselves unable to use their apps in many cases because the results would allegedly be too "offensive." Through the process of elimination, we have determined it is simply the name of some of our products, many of which are sold on Amazon and on grocery store shelves and have been for decades. We can no longer support a company who chooses to censor content from adults, but they did have some great ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allowed us to keep all of our design needs in-house now, which has saved us a great deal of money over the past year.

I am using canva for my resume building , youtube animation & whiteboard animation ,youtube thumbnails, Ebook creating & many more things.In my opinion canva is very easy to use & AI connected with canva is very useful to us.Canva enables autosave options.

In my opinion there is nothing to dislike canva.

Canva most effective & easy software to design for beginners.It saves money & time .Ai present in canva is very usefull.

The templates, the ease of use, the options, the features , everything. Implementing it into other system is super easy, not used customer support because I have never had to. I use it all the time from tshirt design to social media pposts, marketing material. I love th ease of the printing feature as well. There is so much to the system that I keep learning new things
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit to easy to accidently share what you are doing with others you don't know and they can change things while you are working. I would like to see more official training sessions on how to use the features

User friendly app for beginners, also their features are easy to use, and they have fun featues too. Also they have multiple templates whatever you make you have many options. Also they support beginners in start.

I don't like the premium options because sometimes i like the template but they are on premium.

When i make graphic posts it helps me alot because i know all the features. Because i dont know how to use adobe or photoshop canva help me alot while im working in office.

I dont have personal dislike about canva as i am a loyal customer of it. but the only problem i faced is that its poor customer service. this needs to br fixed as soon as possible.
