It is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us a sense of professionalism to those of us who have no prior experience in design, allowing anyone to use its templates and great tools to bring ideas to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the whiteboard, sometimes it is complex to ensure the letters are aligned; you have to zoom out quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have to express my ideas to the design and development team, Canva allows me to show graphically how I think the product should look, which broadens my possibilities and helps my team understand better.

What do you like best about the product?
A boon when starting out, Canva was. The pre-made templates plus platform features resulted in polished social media posts. Effortless design alterations were achieved for a range of projects. Progress reports gave me a transparent understanding of my content's graphics performance. Something I truly appreciate is the time saved altogether.
What do you dislike about the product?
A challenge, managing multiple graphics in one document or social media schedule is. Posting something means no going back for edits, creating potential problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-quality visuals in less time: that's what Canva delivers. Engaging and on-brand remain my content's guarantee. With that in mind, I can shift resources around, enhancing my campaigns even more.

It is user-friendly. You don't have to be a graphic designer expert to create one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost effective designs, accessibilty to graphic design tool , ready made templates.

Handy for creating logos, social media banners, and even YouTube videos
What do you like best about the product?
Online accessibility. No need to download any software on desktop/smartphone. Even free Canva plan supports almost unlimited number of designs and sophisticated features such as upload an image and get instant access to color codes within that image for further design work on that image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I have been creating YouTube videos using Canva, features like adding music/audio voice with the video can be made more seamless. Although Canva is using a lot of AI, still jobs like creating a logo can be made more aligned with current trend of AI usage such as user typing name of the business, color preference, and tagline and instant generation of logos to choose from and further refine. This feature is still not there on Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating videos for YouTube is too convenient using Canva. Just add banners and convert banners into a video stream with a click. Using Canva extensively for creating logos, social media banners. Canva creates a shareable link. While troubleshooting, no need to first download screenshots/images on my PC and then upload to the forum/chat support. Just share the link.
Best creation tool at my disposal.
What do you like best about the product?
I made 50 different videos for YouTube in less than 20 minutes. This alone should be enough to convince anyone. And on top, it's VERY affordable. It's so versatile, you capable. You can do so much with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find the cons. Altought I have not figured out how to remove backgrounds in some instances yet, like Photoshop would allow. I use the web based version, so, maybe that's why

Content creation, content generation, quickly, efficiently at a very affordable price. Variety of samples, templates, the audio and video library available saves me the time of having to recreate it myself

The best I like about this application is its drag-and-drop feature, enabling people or end users to create beautiful graphics, presentations, ads, and much more. The huge library of design templates, photos, icons, and fonts accommodates every possible task, from social media content to infographics to event invites.

Although Canva does really well in several ways, there are some places where upgrades could be considered. Some superior functions are usually closed behind the Pro plan, which may be a financial concern for several customers.

It enables customers to creatively convey their suggestions, promote their businesses, and raise their presentations without requiring in-depth design knowledge. I have been utilizing Canva for business and personal needs for the past few years, and it is very versatile in its uses. I like to make photo collages for marketing purposes on it mostly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free version, but there is a paid version that would give access to more.

The ability to combine two or more designs into one would be nice in Canva for Teams.
Since it is so slow, the video editing option could be better.
Canva for Teams' mobile app is not as good as its web counterpart.

Nothing. However, sometimes there are a few limitations in the freemium model but that is okay!
