User Friendly & Full of Options
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has a lot of fun and great options for you to use. Whether it is for personal projects or work-related projects, it has it all! The templates are great, as are all of their graphic options. I use Canva for almost everything I need, personally and for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is great, the options can be quite limiting if you only have the accessible version of Canva. Some of the best templates or graphics are for premium members only, making it hard to design exactly what you envision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many websites or products similar to Canva make you purchase a membership without a free option. Canva provides that free option, which is excellent for anyone who wants to use Canva more casually or occasionally. The membership isn't overly expensive, which is also a plus.
Love the simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
It allows mobile access and it was preventing me from using the images as copyright until I bought the ultimate package. I respect that as I did not want to get into trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone access could be a little bit better in my opinion as far as creating a text box. Otherwise I do think it's great. They need more standars photos without wording. Maybe I don't know how to do that yet lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like snapchat but easier and has pre loaded images. I am a big fan of the diversity of images here. I will continue to get better at using it along the way.
The top tool for graphic design
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, has a very simple interface that even a teenager can learn. Additionally, it has a great library to add to your creation, very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free version, which is the one I use, there are limitations on space and functionality, and there are elements that are only available for the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of creating graphic designs in a very simple way and with quite good quality, which might seem created by a graphic designer, without needing to have much skill.
The best graphic design for non designers
What do you like best about the product?
It's super amazing! Very detailed elements, and backdrops to choose from. A great help to all who want simple and complex design with minimal expertise. Drag and drop. Very easy to navigate. And I always use it for all design work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well.. I see no downsides in Canva to be honest. It's perfectly made for everyone. I think it good be better if some of the features are free. More elements please...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot! It solves everything from simple design to professionally edited photos. I am getting better at designing with this software. Totally awesome! perfect for any business.
Elevate Your Marketing to Another Level
What do you like best about the product?
The multitude of templates available for users to access makes designing marketing campaigns easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really very little I dislike about Canva. The only nitpick I would have is it would be nice to have more graphics and images to chose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small business, so marketing dollars are in short supply. Canva allows me to create graphics in-house. This means we no longer have to hire outside vendors to create our marketing graphics and campaings.
User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is extremely user-friendly. The standard templates can make any publication look as if it was created by a seasoned graphic designer. The share options are top notch. I literally go from publication to printing within in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cutest templates are locked and require a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design challenges are eliminated. The free subscription is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is easy to use, constantly improving, and has lots of features and ways to use the product. It also has lots of creative inspiration in what they have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Horrible terms of use, unclear and contradictory information throughout about what you can and can't do with their content. I just buy my elements elsewhere to avoid problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly coming up with new features. They have improved their photo editing and added video editing and screen recording. I'm able to do so much inside one program instead of having many different ones. They came up with an eraser for editing! It isn't good yet, but it will improve, I have no doubt.

It Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Canva for years and feel it's grown with me and my business. We started small, but as we've grown, we've been able to stay with the platform. I love that they stay up-to-date with things like social media graphic sizes (so you don't get weird cut-off things), and they've upped their game with integrations and add-ons. The background remover tool is exceptional. Making templates (or using one of theirs) is also easy. Being able to collaborate within a document is a fairly recent development that's been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't come across any downsides of Canva. The only one is the newer feature where you can create without a particular size, and it's supposed to smart scale. The formatting is always impossible to control in this. That said, I'm not even sure of the purpose of this feature, so it doesn't detract from the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it very easy to design gorgeous assets without any technical knowledge. I use it for image editing, resizing, blog graphics, social media posts, print assets and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a GREAT tool for designing just about anything. It's super easy to use, especially compared to other tools like photoshop or Adobe. Their Pro version is amaziing, highly recommend for anyone who needs professional-looking content for a small price.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offer printing which ive used several times and most of the prints have had issues which has become unreliable. The customer service team is GREAT and theyve always provided great and fast service but it's unfortunate that I have to include a "reprint" in my timelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation - big time. Managing several brands on social media + other digital campaigns, you require a TON of content. Canva allows you to create professional looking content that you can design very quickly.
