The mobile version of Canva feels a bit laggy compared to the desktop version, and the desktop version also offers better accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is super easy to use, even for beginners, which is I like most about it. The ready made templates and drag and drop tools are the most helpful beacuse they save time and make designing quick and simple. Overall the biggest upsides of using Canva are fast design creation a proffessional look and the ability to work smoothly on both mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Canva is that many useful elements and features are locked behind the Pro version. The least helpful part is the limited customization for advanced designs which can feel restrictive for proffessional users. Overall the downsides of using canva are fewer advanced design controls, and repeated or common looking designs when using popular templates.

Canva solves the problem of complex design by making everything simple and fast. It helps me save time and create professional looking content easily even without design skills.

It allows me to quickly create professional visuals, social media posts, and presentations without relying on a designer. I like that Canva makes it easier for me to create posts for my social media with its various templates and simple editing features. I enjoy the ability to combine different designs and scrap items from one design to use in another, as well as the option to remove and include items I actually like and need. This flexibility helps me personalize my images to look and say what I want. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, particularly the feature where you can upload different brands, logos, fonts, and colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the removing features, like the tools that help you remove backgrounds from images, sometimes don't work as sharply as I'd like. There was one time when I was trying to edit an old picture, and it kept cutting off an important part of the image because it was mistaking it for the background. The manual tool for removing backgrounds also felt a bit bulky and not as sharp. Also, the phone setup is a little bit confusing.

I use Canva because I'm not an expert in designing; its templates make creating attractive images easier with simple editing features.

The template library, combined with the drag-and-drop editor, probably saves me 5–6 hours every week when I’m creating content for my AI project presentations and Instagram posts. Rather than starting from scratch or wrestling with Photoshop layers, I can simply choose a template that’s close to what I need, drop in my screenshots or diagrams, tweak the brand colors, and finish everything in about 10–15 minutes. It’s become my go-to tool for producing visual content quickly without sacrificing quality.

Canva’s drag-and-drop editor and template library are great, but the aggressive auto-snap and spacing suggestions can sometimes get in the way of fine-grained alignment. As a result, small, pixel-perfect tweaks end up taking longer than they should.

Canva has eliminated the pain of creating last-minute presentation decks for review meetings. I can put together professional-looking slides, including system architecture diagrams, in about 20 minutes instead of spending hours in PowerPoint just trying to make everything look decent. The diagramming tools and smart shapes make it really easy to showcase technical workflows or RAG pipeline architectures to clients, without needing specialized tools like Lucidchart.

The thing I love most about Canva is the templates where you can just replace the images or play around and customize the colors as per our requirement while keeping the basic layout the same. It gives more flexibility for the user to create designs, and it's very smooth in terms of operation and features. It's easier to use tools in Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much I find wrong with Canva, but maybe it could introduce some more advanced AI features. If we could edit photos with the help of AI rather than doing it manually, that would be very good.

I love that Canva makes design projects easy for someone without experience by providing templates you can replace. It offers flexibility to customize while keeping things smooth and easy.
