Easy Online Design
What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy drag-and-drop interface, creative templates, and pre-designed elements. I can even upload my own images to personalize good-looking graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pre-designed templates are either basic or chaotic with the text or images in the design. That's always an easy fix with a simple change and testing different elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create easy to read, eye catching graphics for our social media and website to help reach new customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that many options allow me to create professional designs that look so clean. From Graphic Design to products for print - I do everything in Canva!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that might need a bit of tweaking is adding more options for segmenting and organizing your designs and content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes in other design tools, I am often lost as to what all the tools do and how they can be used, while in Canva, it's all really intuitive and easy. I am more productive, and I love exploring how all of these simple options can make a big impact depending on how you use them for your designs

creating a graphic design from an empty scratch file. in canva you dont need to download from the internet for fonts, elements, icons, photos etc, its already in canva and you can attached it anytime.

I love how easy it is to use and the infinite amount of designs you can create! You can whip up anything that looks so professional in minutes.

Honestly, the only thing I DISLIKE is how many options there are to create.. makes it a bit overwhelming to use at first.

As a small business, it is hard to make constant posts on our social media and market ourselves. Canva has been a game changer in helping us put together flyers, and Instagram videos/Rels.

A very organized, easy to use, multi-tool, automatic save program! I keep my company brands, commonly used letterheads, and all brainstormed ideas here for quick access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs money to keep the better features of the program. However, when my free trial was up and my personal card was accidentally charged, they were quick to refund it.

Our district counter parts can share ideas, templates, and previously used documents seamlessly to obtain increase efficiency between us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and it makes our graphics look better than I ever could have done on my own. I'm able to make flyers and handouts for cultural diversity education!

I wish that I could print directly from the site.

User Friendly & Intuitive Programming
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is SO easy to use and navigate. The templates alone are an excellent resource to have on hand when creating marketing and supportive materials - there are also so many to choose from! They are all great to use as inspiration. I also appreciate the unique ability to integrate a branding kit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I wish some 'elements' could be more customizable. For example, changing the colors within a specific element is very helpful for color-themed projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Canva helps simplify the creation of marketing material. It helps ensure that all resources provided to customers are professional and of the highest quality.

I really like how Canva incorporates our company colors into a database. I can ensure that my company colors are being used properly. They also store our approved fonts and make it easy to find them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of Canva's centering. I have issues when creating half-page flyers. It's tough to copy the bottom to the top perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me and my employees use canva to create quick advertisements for our company. We also use it to create door signs if we are closed or need to close earlier than usual.
