Canva for limitless creativity
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is an awesome design tool to bring creativity to life. It helps with creating designs, flyers, videos, posters, infographics, presentations, logos, social media videos and graphics, cards, wallpaper, invitation cards etc. The great thing about Canva is that it is straightforward to get started for a user who does not have enough design knowledge, so the learning curve is very short. Almost everything has drag-and-drop features, making it easy to use and increasing productivity. A few other great things I must call out are a great collection of templates to kick-start a design, plenty of fonts to play around with, tons of graphics and, last but not least, is copyright-free video and image library. It’s a paid tool to get access to all features offered, but the free tool is also very powerful to get most of the design done for free. Also, a few great features have been added recently: AI power magic writing, Beat Sync audio in a video, Whiteboard, Auto enhancing image and video and Auto background remover.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face one issue with editing videos in Canva, which is annoying. In a video, it’s not easy to add subtitles or multiple texts based on the video timeline. We must split a video into multiple pieces to add text to a particular part of the video. That is still acceptable, but when we do this, it gives a glitchy rendering of the video upon downloading at the places where we split. That, I guess, happens because it repeats a few frames in both pieces at the split location. Canva should fix this issue earliest possible as I see many users are reporting this issue in various forums, but there is no solution yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is an excellent tool for designing digital assets. So, social media creators should use this tool for their everyday life. Apart from them, it can be an excellent tool for any organization or business needing to design digital assets. I personally use Canva Pro for my social media need and I am able create my designs very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's easy-to-use interface. It is so simple to use and integrate, even if you're unfamiliar with graphic design. I have been in graphic design using Adobe products for 10 years +, but Canva keeps making so many leaps in matching up to the best design programs. It's only a matter of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the program had layer effects! I love that Canva recently added layers in general, however. I want to use clipping masks too, but Canva doesn't have that yet! These are the only two things Canva needs to beat out all their existing competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to run most of my business! I use it mainly for Pinterest graphics, email graphics, product design, website graphics and graphic design for my clients. It's so helpful to have elements and design tools in one place.
Brilliant design software and very reasonable monthly fee
What do you like best about the product?
The saved templates are beneficial, so I don't have to start from scratch with designs all the time. I manage a catering company and am forever changing my menu items and design - Canva has made my menu look so much more professional + a lot easier to edit when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when copying images onto my menu designs it isn't easy to get them where I want them and takes a lot of fiddling about.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My menus and vouchers for customers look so much more professional (without paying ridiculous designer fees).

Easy to use across devices
What do you like best about the product?
I can access and edit all my projects from any of my devices and download them in various formats for those needs. It's the best design software for my social media work on the go.
The pro price is reasonable for how much I use it and their pro features and graphics are worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing on a phone is tricky because it jumps around but that's more the nature of using any design software on a small touchscreen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often have little design jobs that I post across various platforms and it's easy to edit them from wherever I am on whatever device I have with me. I am much more able to apply little edits I discuss via email because I can jump right from the email to the app on my phone and then all the changes are already applied when I go back to my desktop later.

What do you like best about the product?
When I introduced Canva to my team, I was concerned they wouldn't find it user-friendly or intuitive.
Three months later, they built some of the most beautiful and immersive projects I've ever seen. What do you dislike about the product?
Although we use Canva For Business at work, the one thing my team and I dislike about Canva is that we can't hide non-premium things, such as media, fonts etc., on our personal, free accounts. It would be nice to filter accordingly for people starting out a business who are yet to subscribe to a premium version of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allowed my team and I to build our department's brand and position ourselves as industry experts. Now, our templates stand out whenever other people in the company see our color pallet or font.
My team members have improved their creativity skills as they can assist our management in creating presentations and project timelines, taking ownership of their OKRs and leading themselves to achieve them.

Perfect tool for easy design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and allows fast creation of graphics without an internal team.

Wish there was more optiosn for animation or better ways to implement other tools

With no internal graphic designer, canva allows for easy and fast creative solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Love the variety of templates and designs they have available for beginners or people not too artistic. Easy to use, even my grandma learned how to use it! It has categories for the templates so they are easier to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
No many complains about Canva. I think the premium version allows you to have access to more templates and designs, maybe the free trial should be longer so that users really get to experience the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, we just want to create quick designs without using our graphic designers hours. Canva is a perfect solution for someone who is not too familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator and wants to great a quick an easy design.

I love the variety of templates that are provided in Canva. I also really like how many different formats are available (for example party invitations, social media posts, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have Canva Pro, so some of the features are limited for me. The most difficulty would be in the stickers and pictures that are available to use- these are somewhat limited for people on the free/basic plan of Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides a convenient and efficient way of creating a variety of designs, whether it be for an individual project or occasion, school, or the workplace. Canva's preexisting templates allow users to easily create a design without having to worry about the placement of certain designs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and navigate Canva. It has so many options for creative uses from stickers and videos to marketing materials and customer retention creations. I've been able to use if for many things at work and for personal art projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike about Canva, especially if you give yourself the time to watch the how-to tutorials on navigating the program and designing creations. It sometimes lags when I've created videos, but that seems to be the only problem I've had since I started using it. There is a plethora of design options that can become somewhat cumbersome when you're trying to design in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has helped me design a seamless and professional-looking front desk marketing video highlighting the several projects my company has completed. I have created a Christmas card email video and made a beautiful newsletter without being a graphic designer.
The Easy to Use Design Tool for Rookies & Pros
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has been a wonderful tool, especially for social media. The wide variety of templates help keep things fresh using various media. Tools like the background remover are great for quickly creating professionally and clean promo posts using speaker photos

Organizing design into folders should be a lot easier than it is. Can be tedious to work through menus to drop into your folders of choice

Canva has provided a platform that we can easily use across multiple users to create social media posts, promote events, edit videos,presentations, flyers, and infographics
