Intuitive Design Tool for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva has a free version, which means I don't have to pay for it or get my company to cover the cost. It's fairly intuitive and easy to use, which helps me create high-quality graphics suitable for publishing without having a design background. The intuitive interface and tools make it accessible for anyone, even those without much graphic design experience. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little difficult to align certain design elements perfectly on a small scale. Small features like lines seem to sometimes snap into positions that aren't exactly right, and it sometimes takes some tweaking to get things perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to make graphics for articles. It solves the problem of needing design skills by offering easy-to-use tools for creating infographics. I like that it has a free version, making it accessible without payment, and its intuitive design helps anyone create professional-quality images.
Modern, Professional Designs with Canva’s Educational Plan
What do you like best about the product?
Canva, especially the educational plan, offers really modern, professional and clean design. I find the AI features helpful sometimes for design choices and improving articulation of concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI tool misses the mark with the prompt given, it can instead offer a design with many errors or completely miss what was asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Presentations. Making content more accessible. Instructional design and AI writing/prompting.
A Must-Have: Endless Canva Templates and Ideas, 100% User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I love the best about Canva is the variety of templates and ideas on their website. If you can think of it, it's there! I have had numerous requests to create a flyer for many different events. I literally enjoy searching their website for ANYTHING! This is a MUST HAVE!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. The website is 100% user friendly, and if you aren't sure exactly what you are looking for, all you have to do is go to the search bar and literally type anything and it will pull a ton, and I mean, A TON of ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva benefits me in many ways, but most importantly, it helps me prepare a flyer from scratch! I have zero artistic ability but once I'm done with Canva, everyone thinks I am an artist!
Effortless Design Tool, Perfect for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Canva because it helps me quickly and easily design eye-catching graphics for social media and emails. I love the pre-loaded images and the frames that let me place my photos in a template, which saves me from having to buy separate stock art. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few fairly common file types that can't be imported, such as I think svg. It should be able to accept more kinds of images, not just gif, jpeg or png.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me quickly and easily design eye-catching graphics for social media and emails. I love the included stock art and frames, which save me from buying separate images.
User-Friendly Tool That Delivers Agency-Level Results
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, it stays current and often adds new features, it makes it possible to get almost agency-level outputs reachable without technical know-how of photoshop, illustrator, or other professional programs
What do you dislike about the product?
It really annoys me that now (I guess due to some copyright rule) you cannot just export the image or pic you need from "elements". you need to create a second page just to find a loophole to the rule and be allowed to download what you really need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very nice layout in very short time. Also, by far the most efficient tool in removing background from pics or for recoloring icons. Way more effective than the integrated tools in Microsoft office

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating featured images and banner images for my blogs. I appreciate that Canva solves the easy creation of creatives without needing hard Photoshop skills. I like Canva makes my featured image creation easier and I can get free stock images from Premium. The Magic Eraser is particularly useful for making edits if I want to update images with more changes. I find it convenient to search for elements or images and get assets to use in my featured image creation. The setup was quite easy, which I really liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Canva could let me edit directly on any image elements regardless of where they were created. Every time I have to start from scratch or make changes to the image, which is a bit of a hassle. For example, if I want to edit something I made from my old files, I can't just edit the image directly. Instead, I have to erase the elements or themes and replace them, so I can't really beautify the existing image in Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for creating blog images easily without needing Photoshop skills. Premium stock images and the Magic Eraser simplify image updates and edits.

Canva requires a paid subscription to use some of the best templates and images. Platform can feel somewhere restrictive for more advanced tools and occasional formatting limitations

Canva solves the challenge of creating professional quality designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. Saves time through ready made templates, easy collaboration, and quickly create visuals for presentations and marketing materials.
Unlimited Creativity—Only Your Imagination Is the Limit
What do you like best about the product?
What’s not to like? It’s so much better than other software that does similar things. You can genuinely create anything your mind dreams up, and it feels like the only limit is your imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing my creations can be difficult or confusing at times. That could be user-error though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create presentations for training sessions and support group materials.
Intuitive and Resource-Rich—Makes Collaborating on Designs Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, easy to use, and offers so many free resources in the free version of the software. I can share designs with a professional designer, or someone starting fresh, and they both feel comfortable to discuss content ideas and brainstorms on improving content together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about canva. Sometimes I think the pricing can be high for companies/businesses but isn't a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations let me work in one platform instead of doing some things in Canva and then having to switch to a different tool for something else. For example, the QR code apps.
Quick Design Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a variety of templates and dimensions depending on the project needs. I also like that there's a color picker with hex values. I like to upload images and graphics to customize the project. The brand kit is very helpful for our team, and it keeps everyone on brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I cannot grab an item when it is layered on top of another item. My cursor keeps grabbing the bigger item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create designs in the correct size really quickly for projects. It also allows for a lot of customization, and you don't have to take classes to learn how to use the platform. You can brush up on the features quickly through tutorials.
