User-Friendly Software with all the Tools Needed for Social Ads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy design tools, a full library of templates, and simple exporting of designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site can get bogged down with certain projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Canva for our company brand kit, social ads, and animated GIF's for our product video previews. Canva is an amazing design tool.

What I like the best is how easy is to use, it doesn't require deep knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it has more functionalities on the free version. There are some great looking templates that only come in the paid version. This is something that hopefully can change in teh future

The main problem-solving is using a tool to easily prepare the posts. Graphic design has never been more accessible than Canva.

Best Tool for editors for normal people
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's straightforward UI its very user friendly I don't have to learn from tutorials it has every tools for basic editing for images, videos , presentations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's pricing and usability on mobile devices app is not that easy to use and also i lacks some tools for my usage

It is helping people like me who do not know editing in photoshop but want to edit basic editing with minimal UI with ease of use. It's fun to edit in canva

I am like to use free Tamplet of canva. Its best quality are downloading data. Its projects links are editable which is very best option for users.

In canva one thing is not good all best data or project not free.

This software solve many problems like: Picture Editing, Funnel creation, videos editing and more.

The loading process can be daunting, even on 5g it can fail several times, only happens other mobile apllication and not pc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing, video designing, snip clip trim tools,
Fliers for events, I even do my own pdfs and business cards.
The issue is that I nolonger pay for these services elsewhere, a simple pro subscription and all is covered on canva

Best Templates, Photo Edit App
What do you like best about the product?
The huge collection of their templates as well as the vast categories to choose from is the best among all other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of pre-designed facebook post images is not according to the new image size of Facebook. I guess Canva will update it soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Life has become easy with Canva. The pre-design templates and social media images makes it easier to edit and directly post them without wasting any time.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is one of the most approachable and productive creative software products available. So much so, in fact, that its widespread adoption led to the Grandaddy of them All, Adobe, to release its own user-friendly, free-to-use platform (Adobe Express).
Canva's user interface is easy to navigate, especially for those with little to no experience in graphic design. It is perfectly functional and flexible as a free tool, and should be used by any business, agency, or sole proprietor looking to punch up their creative.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva's UI and offerings can, and will, frustrate users who have any familiarity with traditional graphic design software. Tools aren't where they should be, keyboard and mouse shortcuts don't work, and the very limited amount of customization and options either don't exist at all or are locked behind a paywall which may be prohibited for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is a simple and free way to generate digital or print graphic design elements for social media on the fly, without having to involve our in-house creative team or freelancers; this option (while of lower overall quality, obviously) saves our agency time and money when simple fixes or edits are needed.
It was a rewarding experience to use Canva and create amazing graphic designs.

Some Canva creations take a long time to open, which is bothersome for its users; otherwise, the overall experience is fantastic.

Canva provides the feature of sharing the design with the team to collaborate on the design and see changes in real time, making the working process smoother and more transparent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the brand library. It allows me to maintain brand consistency across all of my brands and all of my social media platforms and marketing collateral. It also streamlines post creations by making logos, colors, and fonts available in one place versus trying to recall all the details on your own or on a paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding templates. Canva is such a robust platform that it can be difficult and at times overwhelming to find a template for a certain type of post. This is true with elements, as well. I would prefer a more organized approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a background in graphic design as I used to own a sing company. One of the most time-consuming tasks was designing print marketing collateral. Canva has taken a lot of the challenge and time out of the task of designing these pieces.
