Great functionality for when you need to work quickly, but wish it had a bit more power.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is its user-friendliness and intuitiveness. It is a great tool for when you need to work quickly, and are doing relatively simple graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its capabilities are a bit limited. I realize that it is meant to be a simpler, more user-friendly alternative to programs like Photoshop, so its simplicity is a feature, not a bug, but I think Canva oversimplifies things a bit in some cases. Working with multiple layers of images can be frustrating when you can't easily select or control layers independently. And the exports can sometimes be a bit buggy, particularly on Mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for when you need to move quickly, and don't have time for all of the formality of more complex programs like Photoshop. If I need to move an image, I just click it and drag it, without worrying about which tool I have selected, if I'm working in the correct mode or workspace, etc. This allows us to get content out more quickly when it's not overly involved.
Professional Design With Minimal Skills
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is quick. I've used Adobe Illustrator on many occasions. It's a very complex tool that takes years to master. But if you're in a hurry, nothing beats Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to criticize a tool that is so useful. There's not anything that I dislike in particular. The cost is reasonable if you use it a lot for business. Probably not for the person who only wants to do a project or two once a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a lot of clients and their social media posts. I can always go to Canva and quickly create something the client likes, and quickly. This is a tool that you can use to scale a business.

We love Canva - it makes it easy for us to make flyers, signs, and other things for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Canva is easy to use and we love using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to order sign material or brochures/pamphlets - we can do it all here on our own now!
Best Designing Tool In Industry
What do you like best about the product?
I like canva because it has free templates to design and makes designing easier. Canva is a very user-friendly and easy-to-use tool. Canva has many free features to edit like a resume, video, youtube intro, outro, presentations, Instagram story and more. Canva is one of the best tools to use for designing. I like canva because it has features like collaboration, visualisation and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike canva because I have been using this for freelancing and many projects. Canva helped me a lot in designing, and it can be made easier to use for mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is solving the problem of designing, and it is making the design more accessible and faster. Canva is benefiting me for my youtube thumbnails, Instagram story, Facebook posts, youtube intro, outro, and presentations. Canva is benefiting me with its free templates and videos, which makes my designing faster. Canva has all the features of text animations, fonts, styling, elements, shapes, graphics and graphs for visualization more.
Excellent tool for non-graphic designers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that canva is accessible to all. You don't have to be a professional graphic designer with access to expensive, complex software tools just to be able to create a simple marketing flyer or ad.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't upload large image files to canva, so that can be frustrating. You have to resize the image on another platform, and then reupload it into canva. I would like to see that improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital marketing strategist, I need to create ads that perform. I need to be able to crop images for all of the different platform sizes e.g google shopping, facebook feed, facebook stories.... canva allows me to do that without access to a graphic designer.
Fun and addictive software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how each is for me to use, I am not the best at designing but their templates, it helps a lot

not much to dislike about Canva only thing i would say is they should have a bit more free designs all the best ones cost

A practical alternative in the cloud. For quick presentations.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it's in the cloud and you can use it anywhere to solve small communication problems. Additionally, it is fast and intuitive. It has a multitude of predefined libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
As always, if you want to have quality predefined functionalities or designs, you have to pay for it. Some poster or banner designs are a bit poor. I would add many more images without backgrounds as they allow for much more creativity when creating content. I would like there to be more sets of icons and for them to be classified by sets and types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you don't have knowledge of Photoshop or need to provide a very quick communication solution, it is ideal for making logos, posters, flyers, banners, presentations, and much more.
One of the best design tools in market which is affordable and loaded with templates
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is my go to tool when I require grpahic designs for my personal as well as professional use. I am a canva pro user and the templates range available is really good. The tool is user friendly and loaded with many features. I particularly like the background remover option which really brings in the designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crop feature is the only problem i have faced with canva. Pictures can only be cropped as per aspect ratio. They can also be not cropped into shape. Sinc its a graphic design tool, this feature is really required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I design research infographics, brochures, flyers and scientific posters using canva. I also use the app for my personal designing needs like invitation and for social media handles.
Online graphic design platform
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a comprehensive design platform. I can design everything from digital-based designs to print. Canva has many pre-made templates which are really helpful in quickly creating content, especially when there is a time crunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use Canva you have to be always online. It does not work without internet, as it is on a web platform only. A free user account has various limitations and if you want to use all of its features then you need to buy the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me in creating awesome-looking designs with minimum effort and in rapid time. It has immensely helped me in creating short videos and graphic banners with great ease. I am able to deliver more designs to my client which helps me increase my income.

What do you dislike about the product?
They have to make open a few premium template designs. Also, improvement is needed in video editing options and tools. More customization options are required to eliminate other platforms. Overall positive experience!
