Decent amount of features when compared to competitors
What do you like best about the product?
When compared to other browser-based design/layout software, Canva has great tools to arrange, move, and organize objects. It does not compare to Adobe products, but is also free to use. Has cloud editing. Built-in stock image search speed up workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
No layers panel makes it difficult to keep things organized when there are many objects. Sometimes uploaded images have display issues, making them appear as broken images. Grouping something in a group removes it from that first group, meaning that if I group two groups, then ungroup them, every component within those two groups is no longer in a group. That was a mess of a sentence but I don't know how else to explain it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better layout tools that allow a professional-looking end product, without having to pay large amounts of money for a more expensive piece of software. Having stock imagery available in the program speeds up my workflow and means I do not have to constantly download and upload images between sites and programs.
It has made managing social media a lot easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The assets stored in Canva allow me to stay on brand and add a bit of local character to the graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any dislikes when using Canva.

Canva helps me to create good graphics and text for campaigns with a minimum of fuss.

What do you like best about the product?
I have access to a vast array of tools, such as those for creating logos, posters, graphics for social media postings, presentations, and videos, among others. You can post images from your personal computer, the library, and paid channels, among other sources. The use of moving visuals, such as icons, gifs, and videos, allows me a variety of alternatives for designing user involvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are numerous available templates, but many of them are not free. This further restricts the layout's overall design. Incorporating sound can be challenging on occasion. When it comes to editing, mobile devices present distinct difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is frequently utilized for jobs such as video and image editing, CV creation, and social media content creation.

Canva is easy to use and creates professional looking graphics.

The constant ask to upgrade to the next level of product.

Best Tool Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Canva for close to 7 years. I recommend it to everyone because it is one of the best websites. Canva is user-friendly and has many options even when you do not have a "pro" account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for not having a "pro" account! Sometimes there are cute fonts, but they aren't available for free use. I don't have anything bad to say about Canva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what issues they are solving. However, I am sure any changes that will be made will be wholly beneficial to users of Canva. I am excited to see what they are working on.
Variety is the Spice of Your Infographic
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are numerous, and it is easy to find a template that works for your needs. I can easily switch color palettes once I've chosen my template. The pictures are easily exchanged when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mechanics of using the templates are sometimes less than user-friendly. I often find myself clicking on a text box to enter, only to find it shows up in the wrong part of the infographic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently need to create visual templates for my customers to view as easy reminders of our services, products, and coaching offerings; Canva provides an easy, all-in-one solution for me to create these infographics.
Best online platform for designing
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is one of the best and amazing online designing platform. It's very simple to use. Even if you are not a pro at designing, you can easily design posters using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no such thing which I dislike im canva

We are using canva to design posters for our events. There are a number of templates available on the site which we can use according to our need.

What do you like best about the product?
For the creative and not-so-creative, Canva does ALL the things. Backgrounds, cool fonts, graphics plus lots more magic sh*t. Canva is for creators like fabrics are to Dolce' and Gabbana.

I dislike nothing about Canva. Everything works when it should, and the product gives me more than I could ever imagine. Who does that these days? Nice job Canva crew!

Game Changer! A must for content creation.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use. Even with no design experience, you can create professional-looking assets. For anyone handling social media, a must-have tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues, I use this every day and it's an essential application. I handle multiple social media accounts and could not create great-looking content without Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have very little design experience and Canva has allowed me to produce content that is top-notch. For my career, it has allowed me to be more independent and not rely on graphic designers. Big savings to our company.
Great Way To Create Marketing Materials
What do you like best about the product?
Canva allows our Marketing Team to easily collaborate on creative projects such as flyers, brochures, etc. The creative tools on their platform are very intuitive and so it's quite easy for anyone to create great-looking marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the exact template you want. However, there's enough variety where you can get something close or just upload your own photos or clip art.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a primarily work-from-home company, it can be difficult to collaborate on creative projects. Canva allows our Marketing Team to easily collaborate in order to create marketing materials.
