A Postive Canva Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates, they give you an idea that you can build off of to create your own vision. I also like the elements feature, I can always find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the features do not have a better description of how to use them. A tutorial would be ideal to help someone using the platform for the first time to navigate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to come up with my ideas and bring my visions to life. I have realized that they have a large number of templates that fit different aesthetics depending on needs.
Great Replacement For Adobe Photoshop
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, how it's on the web, unlike adobe which has to be installed on the computer. It pretty much does everything I need it to in a much simpler way, like removing backgrounds or adding music. Almost a video editor, photo editor all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their choices of stock photos. It's great, they've been improving, but compared to platforms like envato and adobe stock they have the least variety. Which again is understandable, you're paying for a photo editor, video editor, and they even give you stock photos and music on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files on a team, is much easier than adobe again. It works almost like docs where with just one link multiple people can start on the same document and edit (I remember this wasn't a feature 1-2 years ago, they do listen to customers)

More options for templates, more stock photos

We have been working without a graphic designer for 6 months, Canva was able to pick up the slack!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the fluidity and naturalness of the software, which makes it easy for any user to adapt, it is very easy to use, it has a wide range of images and templates available that help when creating and starting a design, I love that the platform has a free version, it is easy to navigate and editing is very intuitive, I like that I can store each of my designs and keep them in the library in case I want to use them again, it allows me to make any type of design, from covers to logos or any material for social networks, I can also save my designs in formats such as PNG, PDF or JPG, I love the function of creating videos and animations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few complaints, I had a great experience as the software worked perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can customize to the maximum and that is a great advantage, also the tools are intuitive and it makes the editing process very pleasant, I love that I can find the ideal size of the image that I want, I love that the software is very configurable, I love that in addition to the material offered by the platform I can also insert my own, such as my company logo, images and even the font, it is easy to share the designs, I can share the content on any social network, the graphics are very up-to-date and I like that the design result is very elegant, the image library is amazing, and I like that I can create animations and add music to the videos, also the music library for videos is excellent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software to have a professional and elegant design.

How many different options you can receive without buying a premium subscription.

Some of the sizing charts are hard to work with.

Posting social media advertisements. I realized that we have gained new followers from these particular posts.

If you need to make a quick, easy and fun looking post, Canva has options upon options to make that look come to life fast.

It is just so easy to use, but also such a powerful set of tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for creating print-ready assets isn't as powerful as digital assets. I often have to do make changes outside Canva to submit a design for print.

Quickly creating assets for social, email, and print campaigns.
Easy and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating with teams is super easy. Projects like reports, presentations, and social graphics are made quickly and efficiently. I've used Adobe Cloud Express, and Canva is so much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really wrong with it. It's only useful for larger teams, so definitely make a list of what you need and compare it to Canva Pro. Other than that, it's perfect for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branding stays consistent. Requiring approval on certain projects allows me to check my teammates' progress and streamline our process. Things run much smoother than before. And the price is fair.
Canva makes you feel like a design pro!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of design as well as the variety of designs that can be implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the software does not allow you manipulate elements like Photoshop or Fireworks. However, you have lots to work with outside of that limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm making high-quality publications for my company with a quick turnaround. From business cards to letterhead, it really helps me to usually templates to create quality ideas.

A great software to use to give you a first-class look and feel without spending a lot of money.
I love Canva!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is easy to use, templates available, and various design styles, I can upload my brand kit! I love being able to share my designs for quick reviews. There is a content planner available for me to use also. I can create folders to keep my projects organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about Canva! I have recommended them to everyone I know for small and big projects from creating invitations to annual reports. The create a team feature is excellent for businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with staying organized. I can create folders to refer back to and it helps me with sourcing really nice images to use with ads, social media, and reports. I just search for what I am looking for and Canva has a few options for me always!
Best tool for both beginners and experts!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how being an absolute beginner doesn't stop me from creating amazing content. The user-friendly interface and thousands of design options makes it a breeze for anyone who wishes to try their hand at designing.

There is nothing that I dislike about Canva but a few more template options would have been a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be dependent on my designer earlier to get the creatives done but now with Canva I feel confident enough to do them on my own and save a lot of time.
