Simple, but effective
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great editor that can handle small, less complex design projects. It's easy to find designs and editing is very basic with very few complicated options.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is simple to use, it lacks a lot of features and maneuverability. The editor tends to "assist" you a bit too much when trying to get designs to look a certain way. There are many things Canva can't do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows for quick and simple designs to be created. In the social media time-crunch, Canva functions well when you need to get a simple but effective graphic made.

Sometimes it's a pain to resize specific images. It's a great location to store everything

Best Graphic Design Template for All
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has so many templates for all of your promo/social media/personal needs. There are really nice resume templates, cute logo designs, templates for handbills, you name it! The best part? It's customizable!! And this is only with Freemium! I can only imagine what more you get when you subscribe! The free plan offers so much already; I've been using Canva for a few years now, since university. Not once have I had the need to pay for the extra features. The free version has everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't ungroup certain word blocks or group a selection of word blocks on the resume templates. Am I just doing it wrong? I love the resume builders and how it provides stickers or logos to insert if you choose, but the only downside to Canva is this one small detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really does get you off your feet when you are trying to figure out your "voice" when starting a brand. There are many templates for designing logos, website pages or social media posts that this is a great starting point to see what you like and how you want to come across on all of your platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend trying it out. I don't need the extra features of Canva for Enterprise, but still, do check it out! It does not disappoint because it offers something for everyone of all levels for all needs. If you're like me and don't want to be frustrated with software applications (i.e. InDesign) for your creative needs, Canva is for you. It is the whole package because it comes with so many templates, stickers, fonts, colors, and more.
Easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like that as someone with no knowledge of marketing or graphic design, I was able to create professional designs. It is easily accessible and can be shared by all users and from any location without the need to download software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the font size is the designs is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time we know exactly what we want before asking a designer. With Canva we capture our idea in an image before sending it to a professional. We save time and for so much money.
Creative Templates and Easy to Customize
What do you like best about the product?
I love the many creative template options, which we have been able to use for social media, marketing, as well as organizational tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more specific measurements for making custom adjustments in each document (i.e. ruler guides).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Canva for social media, marketing, organizational documents. It's very easy and we love that multiple team members can see projects.
Easy to make graphic creation tool for all
What do you like best about the product?
The best about the Canva which I like is its huge collection of design templates available within this application, we can choose any template for making graphics design of our choice within very few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using this application, I didn't find anything which I don't like about this application, as it fulfill all of our graphics needs for our social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of this application, we can easily and simply make the design layouts for our various social media accounts, which look professionally created. Along with those we can make banners, visiting cards, leaflets, and other design layouts for our company easily without the help of any professional.

I without any doubt, recommend this tool to all to make graphics design easily without any efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
In my line of work (content creation) it came to a point that I wasn't not creating graphics fast enough. This app solves my problem in so many ways and now I can work faster, and more efficiently, maintaining the quality and brand guidelines of the different companies I work for. It's perfect when you're not a master designer, and if you have the eye for it, you can still create beautiful pieces. I even got into video and animations. I have a lot of fun working with this tool.

Nothing really. This is a problem-solving tool that anyone can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create content for several clients at the same time faster and more efficiently while maintaining the quality of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Canva is the money I save creating marketing materials myself and not having to hire a designer. There are endless options for what I'm looking for so all my materials always look fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a way to auto-add a frame around flyers. It might be user error!

I'm solving the issue of budget. We are a start-up with a small Marketing budget. Canva has saved me a lot of money over the last year.

There are gorgeous templates to start with and it makes it easy to creat beautiful images super quickly.

It's hard to stay organized, the filing system is lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
My interest in designing started in college, and I did not have any knowledge about the designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, etc.
And that's when I found Canva. Such a great platform for beginners, so easy to use, have a large number of templates, fonts, and the best thing is that it is portable. You don't need specific hardware. Even a simple smartphone will let you make great designs through Canva.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though there's no specific thing that i dislike about Canva's work platform or their interface or efficiency. But, one thing that always strikes my mind is that platforms like canva, which provide templates for ease of use, are killing creativity. A company that should hire a graphic designer who is specialized in his field who will understand the brand, client demands, etc., is replaced by a template application and a few clicks.

I have been working as a designer for three years, so it is inevitable that i know professional tools such as Figma, Adobe xd, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. But many times, when I am traveling, or I don't have my personal computer with me, I use Canva to create designs or dummy designs to get work done till I get hands-on my personal setup. And that's how Canva has saved me many times. It's perfect to use in times like these.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! My advice to new people would be to use Canva definitely, but don't get dependent on it! As you start to understand the basics of designing, upgrade your platform too, get into professional apps and build your own design from scratch. Will grow your creativity, plus you can confidently say that it's your design in your portfolios.
