Useful Tool for Designing
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of free templates & various options for customizing the designs. It supports various file formats, which makes it easy to work. It has both desktop and mobile versions. It is very easy and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices of paid version is a bit expensive, apart from that Canva is a good platform for designing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I design templates and posters using Canva. It also helps me in creating videos and thus increases customer reach.

What do you like best about the product?
- The templates! Mainly the sizes, it helps not have to look up what design size is needed for a platform, book, A4, etc.
- The ease - any quick design or product makes the turnaround time much fasters
- The updates - I feel like they are always adding new things!

- There isn't much! I recommend Googling issues you have, because there are usually workarounds for any problem that you may encounter.

Beautiful array of templates on your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
So many templates to choose from. It's almsot uncanny the number of new and amazing templates canva comes up with in so many sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually remaking each and every variant with different text copies. Wish it could automate all copies. If canva could just create multiple copies of the same template with data from an API or sheet, it'd be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating beautiful banners and emails for marketing communications and internal communications.
A solid and reliable platform that works efficiently and quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall it allows you to get simpler stuff done quickly. A deep library of shapes and clip art (that doesn't look cheesy!) really help you put together a decent graphic in short order. Stock photo access is a huge plus, additional features such as brand kits (logos, colors, fonts) and numerous save options really help when you need to create an asset on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks many specific tools you'd get in a full-service application like Photoshop, thus limiting your ability to make complex graphics. That said it's understandable why this limitation exists, so it's something I dislike but don't hold against it. Its video editing tools are very limited as well, allowing you to animate elements but it doesn't give you a timeline editor to work with and tweak small details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage several unique brands and social calendars in an agency setting, so having brand kits available on the fly really helps me get prep work done quicker when a post is needed.
easy to control brand assets
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple system, Can easily upload templates and allow others to use them. Has approval system and allows brand assets to be uploaded. Much easier to use than adobe AI and the fact it has approvals and templates available.Also the fact you can adjust the size in one click
What do you dislike about the product?
when using templates and photos can be a bit of a pain if not set up correctly. But once training is complete its easier, Other than that no issues so far. all is ok

Keeping all the properties on the same branding. The fact you can add the brand assets to the system

This app offers so much to design all of my graphics for my clients and myself; it has so many pre-made templates, which increases productivity by saving time, energy, and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a limit for free images sometimes, I get stuck with my design, and I can't download it for free.

I am solving designing problems, and I realized it helps in saving time and energy to build great designs.

Best App Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I work in marketing, and I use Canva for every project for our social media pages. There are so many great things in this application that you can use. The pricing is the best I have found anywhere for everything you get. I will never go back to PowerPoint!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in Canva that I dislike. The application has been excellent so far. I recommend this application to anyone in the marketing world, and even if you aren't, I still recommend it for your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving so many problems using Canva. Instead of having to keep creating templates, they have so many templates that you can edit and choose from for your business. This is my favorite part about the application, it makes my job easier!
Graphic design level platform for novice users
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has a relatively easy user interface that allows most novice users to get the most out of the product and complete graphic design tasks with little difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of Canva is come what cumbersome and hard to use on a mobile device. The desktop version is definitely a more stable use of the design platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved our issue of not being able to supplement graphic design services with an additional staff member. Canva allows us to get our basic graphic design done.

EASY TO USE FROM THE GET-GO
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a highly easy-to-use platform; I love that everyone can use it without being a trained graphics designer, it needs no software to operate, and as far as I know, it has barely any competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
inablity to create the graphics from the beginning, video editing area is not as good as with professional software, the tool to remove/change background could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly and efficiently create and upload the created content on social media is brilliant; this process takes less time than before and money needs to be invested in a professional help.
