What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva's simplicity, definitely. I value the design feature because it's simple and gives me access to a large group of symbols, icons, and patterns for ideas. For my team, Canva made it easier to create presentations without losing focus on the design and templates. It provides everything on the table to utilize and not think too much about menial tasks. The initial setup of Canva was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as user friendly during the presentation editing or creating, like, when I'm clicking on a page, trying to adjust objects that should go behind or in front of some, let's say, not as simple and as user friendly as it could be, especially for laptop users that only use trackpad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva inspires my presentation design, simplifying the process between creation and visualization. For my team, it eases presentation creation without focusing on design details, freeing us from menial tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva has many oportunities to create projects. It is the most amazing app, because it allows you to use other creators templates, you can create a web site on your own and the best part is that you can get free templates for evrything. This app is easy to use, you can do your projects without any help. I use it every day, because of my work projects.

Canva is really helpful tool for me especially in my work place. Because I am working in a government sector, I need to make presentation slides and photo editing a lot. Since I started using Canva, I am saving a lot of time to make presentations because Canva offers lots of colorful and beautiful ppt template designs.

Honestly, you don't need to be a designer to create something that looks professional. I work with companies that are afraid of technology, and Canva is my ally because it democratizes design. You enter, choose a template, customize it in 5 minutes, and that's it. This frees up valuable time for your teams to focus on things that really matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes generates dependency on the template. Some companies become comfortable using only pre-made designs and miss the opportunity to create their own visual identity. Ideally, it should be used as an ally to accelerate, but always keeping your brand different. Technology should empower you, not limit you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, it saves me a lot of time. Before, I had to wait for a designer to make each image for social media, or learn from scratch. Now I go in, look for a template I like, change colors and text in 5 minutes, and that's it. What benefits me the most is that I can produce content quickly without depending on anyone.

I really appreciate Canva for its pre-made elements and easy-to-use editing features. The Canva AI is quite helpful, as it provides images based on specifications, which I really like. The platform's straightforwardness makes it user-friendly and easy to start with graphic design or editing. I have also found the Pro feature beneficial as it offers many options for result outputs, like PDFs. Additionally, I sometimes use Canva to collaborate with my team members or friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Canva could improve by developing a better video editing software. It lacks video editing tools that are beginner-friendly. I feel like Canva could really be helpful in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva's pre-made templates and easy editing features to create advertising materials for my restaurant. The templates save time as I just replace text and images, making it easy for beginners to create professional designs. This was a key reason we switched from other software.
