Great interface and thousands of unique designs & features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva caters to your needs and provides a number of different pre-made templates that are easy to customize. The templates are all very contemporary and there are endless options to choose from to make it your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile version needs some improvement. It's not as easy to navigate and some features on the web version are not included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me with creating newsletter content as well as putting together visuals such as charts and graphs. It's very dynamic and has great aesthetics that can function in both creative and technical documents and presentations.
Canva is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Using Canva is very easy. It's cloud-based so you don't need to download any software or apps. It's a great tool for those who don't know or have time to learn other tools like PS. If you get a pro plan it's on a whole new level plus you can use millions of premium stock photos without paying extra. There are tons of templates for all the social media formats and also other formats like Resume, Blogs, Business Cards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, however, sometimes very rarely if there are any bugs or errors or something crashes, the response time of the customer service is slow. This is something they should improve upon. I may be asking too much but the ability to edit shapes would be an excellent feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always need to resize images or export in different formats and many such small edits and our go-to software is Canva. We used the free version for 6 months and then we upgraded to a pro version because we found value in it. We needed better templates to create social media posts, quick edit pictures, remove background and so much more. Canva does all this in few clicks and so much more. We save so much time by avoiding heavy load software and quickly share our work with colleagues. We are able to schedule social media posts, create gifs, small videos too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small business or a freelance digital marketer you must try Canva. It will make your job so much easier. If you're hesitant, start with the free version and then upgrade to the pro version. You can do so much with Canva. Also, they keep upgrading and bring new features constantly.

There are so many photos, images, and graphics to choose from. I also like the content planner for social media. There are so many ways to create new and interesting content for many different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find exactly what you are looking for or to locate graphics that have the same style. With so many options it can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Canva for creating Pinterest posts, Instagram stories, t-shirt designs, calendars, invitations, and advertisements.
Graphic design for all of your needs
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about canva is that its quick and easy to use user-interface for designing visuals on our social media accounts. Canva has many existing graphic templates, so there are no more efforts needed to create new designs. It is best for produce posters, publications, graphs, papers and visual materials. Canva has over 200+ Templates for Free and Vast inventory of pictures and themes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if we have numerous scenes / clips / images to edit, the performance struggles. Also Canva also fails. Whenever the internet connection drops a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating stunning graphic designs with minimal effect. The models make it easy to drag and drop, as they immediately change the measurement of your design.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I could highly recommend this, But Make sure you have a stable internet connection because it is needed when you are working with a cloud platform

I love all the choices you have to create

You can't manually put in width and height for elements of different sizes to make them all the same size at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create all my design needs in one place without being a design pro. Using Canva has saved me a ton of time with their templates. I also love that you can record videos and add them to your designs right in Canva. There is no need for a third-party application. I'm able to create professional-looking images in minutes.
Best Content Editor
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is the most user friendly program we have used as a business to edit and create content. No tonly can you collaborate as a team, but you can also access many features on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their image search function were a bit more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Canva for Enterprise to edit social media content, plan social media contnet, create content for emails, pdf printables for our customers, etc.
Best design platform for non-designers
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. Though I have studied Graphic Design and am able to work in Illustrator, I find Canva really quick and easy to use when I'm in a hurry. There are so many templates and elements available to use, with both free and paid-for options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - it's a great tool for people who have not been trained in design, to create engaging graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create graphics for social media, as well as internal events. Additionally, I'm able to create videos and GIFs, which is particularly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a best online graphic tool. very easy to use. and it has different functionalities and designs to create our document or image best.
What do you dislike about the product?
it should has some automatic alignment like power point or Microsoft word. we have to arrange everything. there is also one limitation that when we want to select all page then it will not select. we have to do design indivisually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for our company, we use canva for creating good content and document that can give interactive learning for students. and we create some posters for hackathons and also create news letters.

I love the branding tools and the immense selection of themes, graphics, and content. I also love how easy it is to upload your own photos and content and integrate them into your designs.

I find the homepage confusing and hard to navigate.

Canva is an excellent tool for teams that have members at all levels of graphic and design knowledge. Even my least experienced team member can create brand content in minutes. Instead of training my team on multiple platforms that only some of them can easily use, Canva puts all functions in one place.
