What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which allow for the creation of professional designs without prior experience. The platform offers a huge variety of customizable templates for social media, presentations, print publications, and more, which greatly speeds up the creative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Canva is very easy to use, a limitation is that some advanced design features are restricted to the paid plan, which can be an inconvenience for users seeking more creative control without additional cost. Furthermore, for more complex projects, the advanced editing and customization options may fall short compared to professional design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of lacking technical knowledge in graphic design by offering an intuitive platform that allows the creation of professional visual pieces quickly and easily. It facilitates the creation of content for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and documents without relying on a specialized designer. This benefits me because it saves time and costs, improves the visual consistency of the brand, and allows any team member to create and edit designs independently, increasing productivity and agility in daily work.
Easy, Versatile, and Absolutely Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use Canva, especially for making corrections and adding things to songs and calendars. Also, I can print it at the end to my liking. It's also great that it's absolutely free, which makes meeting my needs wonderful. The initial setup was also simple, as it's only necessary to download it on the phone.

I can correct and add elements to songs and calendars easily and then print them. It's super easy to use and completely free.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm interested in how I can use this for my school presentations. Canva makes inserting text, easy, modifiying text, copy paste, font, moving text around, adding a slide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe how some of the features you have to pay for, but that is understandable, they deserve earnings for their hard work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Canva solves the issue of formatting. It makes it much easier to adjust text, change fonts and sizes, and add images without disrupting the layout. This has been especially helpful for my university homework, as I often struggle to format assignments properly with other tools.

I find Canva to be a good app for editing resumes because it offers predefined templates, which makes life better and saves me time. I like how easy it is to use and that I can access templates in both the web and mobile applications, which helps me resume work while traveling. At times, it can feel restrictive when trying to create very specific or detailed designs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva pretty useful and use it daily as Canva Pro. Despite not being a graphic designer, it simplifies creating graphical Instagram posts in just 5-10 minutes. The thousands of pre-built templates are a big help, sparking ideas and saving time and effort. I like using templates I can directly use to create better graphics, which helps me stand out. It's easy to use and has amazing magic tools like the magic eraser. The magic eraser is particularly useful for editing photos, allowing me to remove unwanted objects and people when I can't find the right stock photo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be more templates added to facilitate multiple users. The features might be suggested by the users that use them, as there are many features which are applicable to just a few people, and this will target a greater number. Also, a tutorial before starting to work on Canva can be shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes designing easy for non-designers like me, quickly creating Instagram posts with pre-built templates that save time. Magic tools help refine photos by removing unwanted elements, enhancing project quality.

I love the creativity that Canva allows me to express. I appreciate that I can create all types of different projects, whether it's for work, home, making pamphlets, or presentations. Canva makes it easy for me to find templates and use information readily available, which helps in making my presentations more effective. The initial setup was very easy, and I love that you can design presentations that show your company's real passion through pamphlets or posters.

I wish that it wasn't so expensive to use.

I use Canva for creating all of my company event posters/bulletins. It provides a sense of "fun" to these events.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the best options require a premium upgraded subscription.

We are having issues getting employees to participate in the events we host. Using Canva to create the posters has caused employees to ask questions on the events.
Endless Templates and Effortless Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Love that there are so many different templates here to use, it also customizes your template easily for different platforms. There are premade ones you can choose from or you can start from scratch and there are amazing designs to choose from.

Nothing, this tool is amazing and provides so many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with creative, whether we need to make a presentation deck, create something for a social media post, story post, video, there are so many templates and text options and images and this tool is great!
Premium features are worth it for marketing teams

The templates and AI features are helpful and really speed up my work. With the premium features, anyone can be a designer.

It overcomplicates the most simple tasks like cropping
