Great, affordable option for graphic design

Easy to use, affordable and templates for everything I need.

An invaluable resource for the nonprofit community
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is already an amazing content library with drag-and-drop capability, and they are adding new templates and new content every week. Nonprofits get access to the full library for free (as of now - before you got access to Canva Pro free as a nonprofit). For any nonprofit but especially one with a limited marketing/digital budget, this is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing - this is really great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital marketing, content creation on social media, annual report creation, marketing materials, logo editing, basic and intermediate graphic design needs.

A great software for beginner's design
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and the easiness to create great looking designs for every occasion is what makes this app special. It is a really useful tool that has an extremely low learning curve and which offers a plentiful of options included in the basic package, with the pro version being almost a photoshop equivalent .
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that in some cases, such as text or video, it lacks the ability to substantially edit them to your preferences. Moreover, the tool seems to be more inclined towards image-driven creations rather than achieving formal tasks such as a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done everything in canva from project banners, website logos, report designs, social media posts, apps headers etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try the software if you are seeking an app and website that is highly versatile in terms of graphic design. It can be used from a multitude of devices, offering you a great deal of value/costs and enabling you to create some stunning visuals in almost any format with a lot of editing solutions. Moreover it has an extremely low learning curve allowing for almost anyone to pick it up in less than a few weeks being a great solution for when there is no time to comprehend other software.
“Canva is excellent for Social Media”
What do you like best about the product?
It is really simple to operate and helps in creating excellent banners and advertisement templates to use on various platforms. It can be perfect for creating basic social banners or marketing and advertising products rapidly but there's a capture. These are attempting to promote you printing solutions, as well as their pricing, will not be aggressive with top quality printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike with the canva for me right now. It is a good tool for me to make design simply.

With the use of this tool, I have created a lot of banners and design templates for posting upon various social media platforms.

Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, especially if you need to put something together quickly. The product can look pretty polished at the end depending on what you're trying to put together. The flyer components are customizable, or you can use their templates, which are nice, too. If you use it a lot, it's fairly affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I recall, in order to customize the size of whatever you are trying to design, you have to have the upgraded version, which is fair, considering they have a lot of templates you can use for the usual items, like flyers, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to make a lot of flyers with it for events, and I liked that I could convert those to sizes for our social media platforms, like facebook, insta, etc. very quickly. The templates were nice, but I liked that you could take parts of those that you wanted and customize from there.
It is a collaborative graphic designing application
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Canva is the ability to assign user roles such as admins, template designers and ordinary members for better collaboration on designs. Besides, this application also offers ready-made design templates that helps save time and effort of any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find its mobile app that much usable because designing any graphics through the mobile app can be complicated and less intuitive as compared to its web and desktop application.

Valuable resources for team-work
What do you like best about the product?
I began using Canva a year after and was a model who focused entirely on Photoshop. My coach persuaded us for which Canva is now a simpler way of working on our designs for social media. I learnt instantly how to use it the last time I visit that as well. Canva has become so quick working with I rather like the user-friendly UI particularly with the automatic margins it brings a sense of room. I have used it and my ideas are exchanged with clients but on social sites, the innovation that you will get goes above that.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest regret is the omission of the basic metics. Canva helps you to share / publish directly there is no tool to record clicks, photos, impressions, etc. It would be extremely helpful to possess mostly very basic metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has helped me to create designs in the most productive way possible for social media, our website, stickers, t-shirts and therefore more. Their printing service particularly comes in handy. Its based on the requirements are stunning and made very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For example, it is the strongest app. It has loads of free models that render the job interesting, so I suggest that everybody at least try this app once.

Canva will help you design products worthy of a graphic designer - even if you are not one
What do you like best about the product?
There are several reasons why I like Canva as much as I do, but my favorite part is their very fair pricing compared to the value you get. First of all, Canva is cheap in its pro version (you can use it for free if you wish) by itself, but when you see all that you get for it it is REALLY worth it.
You get: a huge library of images free to use for commercial purposes, templates for professionally designed graphics, icons to design your logo, and so much more.
Additionally, for a decent price you can have your items printed and sent to your business via mail. These products always look well-made and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva has basically no downsides, it is such a great tool and product. I do wish they had some more options for logo design, the ones they have are great, but I am missing some more variety. I also really love all their amazing fonts, but the previews on the side are of text groups (so more than one font) and I wish there was an easier way to choose a font than to open their dropdown and go looking at a long list. A preview for text and a choice between "groups" and "just fonts" like it is done for shapes would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is allowing me to create designs that help our prospective customers and clients know what to expect and how to manage our on-boarding process. The biggest benefit is that it is cloud based so I can work on it from anywhere and anyone on my team can log into their account (there is a team option) and work on it or look at it as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you watch some of their videos if you are new to branding and design or if you want to bring on people who are not experienced in branding. Our team did that so that anyone new who is expected to use the program understands the importance of brand identity and what it actually is. Also, create brand colors and fonts in your Canva profile so that everyone knows what fonts and colors to use for a uniform look.

The program is user friendly and easy to use. They have thousands of templates from various different platforms. Their graphics, fonts, and pictures are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The projects, documents, etc. can be hard to export into other formats. Typically you can only download in PDF or JPG. It would be nice to have other options. Often when I export even as a PDF and try to convert to a different file type, the document will not hold- the formatting, font, etc. gets messed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having great quality, eye catching materials from presentations to posters. It has been great using this tool because it is easy and doesn't require a lot of effort (templates are amazing!) like some of the other software programs to create something you have to do it from scratch and that takes a lot of time.
