Design platform for the accidental designer
What do you like best about the product?
I used to do all my designing in text documents until a friend told me about Canva. Canva has templates for every project you can imagine (flyers, logos, invitations, emails). There are options to align text and images, customize color scheme from project to project, and change all same colored objects to a new color, saving tons of design time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphic options are only available with the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being tasked with designing handouts and invitations without a design background brought me to Canva. The templates and graphic options are easy to add to projects to come up with a polished project that looks above my pay grade.

Canva is great for design projects that can be exported in formats like jpg and pdf.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm well-versed in Photoshop, but I love canva for the simplicity and ease of use. I can upload images, fonts, and other elements to get exactly what I want, and then with one click, resize it all to various fits for what I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's buggy, but easily resolved. Images sometimes download a little wonky, but re-downloading usually solves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. I can use templates and reuse files easily without having to hunt for them. HUGE time saver! Plus, my whole team can use the same resources without having to ask for files or originals.
Pro-level Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
There's a million good things I could say about the benefit of using canva in our workplace, but in short, we are able to make all of our Marketing and promo, both digital and print, easily through Canva. Our company's branding uses specific fonts, and those are readily available on Canva to stay on brand. We also love the ability to upload our own images as well as use the features already ready. We can adjust the page sizing to use each creation on multiple platforms, as well as print promo. Canva allows for your creative flare to shine through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to colormatch on the browser version of Canva, not just the app. This however, doesn't deter us from using Canva for marketing and promotional purposes! We're totally willing to work around this in order to utilize all that Canva offers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using Canva, we have been able to cut out the middle man in promotional items needed fo events, and general marketing material. Our team is able to cater to the branding of each event, and maximize the time of exposure with the quickness and easy of creation.

Find your branding and what works with your demographic, and run with it. Canva is compliant with every creative style we have needed!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! Canva has revolutioned my life. It is extremely easy to use and it is full of templates that can help you with anything you are looking for; from postcards to invitation letters, checklists, Instagram posts and stories, email banners, facebook stories, documents. portfolio, presentations!!

There is nothing to dislike in Canva - literally, if I could work for them I would! I love the designs and the quality of the work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Graphic designing - way easier than photoshop! Solves any issue you have with graphic designing in matter of minutes! Use the templates and you'll be done!

If you haven't tried it yet - GO FOR IT!! It is an incredible tool to use if you are looking for branding but not sure where to start.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like having a whole portfolio of design for my publications and those of my clients. I like being able to have many modifiable designs totally free, I have also tried the Pro version and it is even more surprising if with the free version you feel that there are no limits, with the pro version the limit you put it. Another aspect that I liked a lot, is the integration they do with platforms that offer graphic resources free of copyright, which greatly extends the original capabilities that Canva has prepared for its users. Also, the online collaboration with other users is amazing, it has saved me a lot of time with clients who like to know what I am working on for their brands, that has saved me a lot of time. The amount of available resources, icons, images, forms and others has no comparison, I doubt that there is such a nice and useful tool that Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing bothers me or seems negative in Canva, and I say it with a lot of responsibility, I have seen its growth and the last improvements have me very happy. I am sure that it is a matter of time for them to include tools to make curves the sources and give a more professional detail, I want to make it clear that none of that includes in the wonderful performance that it offers to its users.

A constant problem as a social network worker is to have a timely design to meet personal and customer publications, graphic designers are busy opportunities and everything delays. Thanks to Canva my plans depend entirely on me, I use the many predefined designs they offer, and I have made progress in the design of my own ideas that make me very happy with the results, something that clients and family members have noticed after each publication in personal social networks and the ones I manage. The other issue is the saving of money, the fee for a graphic designer is very high, with Canva I save a lot of money and only depend on my time and creativity.

With my eyes closed I recommend it, Canva is one of the best creations that exist on the internet for design, I have recommended it with colleagues in the environment and we have managed to work on common projects, all are very happy for the benefits offered to its users. Although it is a tool that can be used by any type of user no matter how begginer or advanced is in design is not the best option for expert users since they will not find many functionalities that if they are present in specialized software and cost a similar amount a month that presents it in the paid version of canva. Some images may appear a little blurry on the social media even if you use the size recommended by the app. The lack of video editing is not available which is really disappointed since video content is of great importance to most businesses.

I use canva to promote my brand on social media sites and my personal website, the ease with which I have performed even when I had not used this tool before is really flattering, it is intuitive with a very clear and gorgeous design process, the templates that it has are of all kinds of designs, topics and sizes. Because I had images outside the app that i needed to use, it allows me to import and use them along with all the editing tools offered by canva, which was a feature that really helped me with my work.

It would be very helpful if they implemented in the future a mobile application that supports both Android and iOS devices since this would greatly increase the productivity of users who usually work from their smartphones, being very practical for working wherever you are without the need to sit in front of a computer and with different browser tabs open. Another recommendation I can give is to get rid of the extra payments even when you are using the paid plan and include everything in the monthly cost of the application.
