Amazing Graphic Design Tool For Multiple Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is that it is web-based. That means I can access it anywhere, just with an internet connection and a browser. This is convenient because you do not need to install as complicated as application-based software.
In addition, although it is a web-based service, Canva also offers users a lot of features in editing images, adding text, ... but the features are only basic.
Furthermore, Canva also offers users a lot of pre-defined templates, suitable for many different uses such as social media posts, logos, covers, presentations, posters, thumbnails,... This is very convenient because users only need to choose an existing template and edit it to suit their requirements.
Next, Canva also gives users a lot of free images that you can use in your design. This is nice because I don't need to search for images from other websites anymore, just enter keywords into Canva and you will get lots of nice images and free to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Canva is that its features are only basic. This means that if you want to edit photos professionally or need advanced features like layers, delete unwanted objects,... then canva can not do that.
Although the interface of the web version is very clear and easy to use, the mobile app is not very stable, sometimes the application crashes or exits suddenly. Moreover, the interface of the mobile version is quite confusing, so I usually use the web version only.
In fact, currently I don't use Canva anymore because my current projects require advanced features like filters, layers, brushes,... In my opinion, Canva is only suitable for simple projects.
