Great design tool when you don't design
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the options it gives you to start out a design and all the elements you can use. It also lets you upload your own logo, icons, colors, etc. to make sure your branding stays in tact. I love that!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited amount of basic fonts. I don't even think it has Arial as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing things that we need to use in our marketing and HR efforts without hiring a graphic designer or outsourcing it.
Canva is SO fun!

The mobile piece wasn’t the most user friendly.

Canva has helped me design posters and worksheets for my classroom.
Simple graphic design program
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is user friendly and has a low learning curve. I was able to create what I needed rapidly and always come back to it for quick projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more free images and graphics available! Also images with a transparent background are so useful yet there are few provided without a charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easy to Quickly create a sign or brochure. It has come in handy for school and business presentations.
A great tool available to everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is amazing! A great tool for everyone, we can make various creations without having studied graphic design or design, it is a great tool for those who work in digital marketing or new technologies, we can make thumbnails for youtube, brochures, images for twitter, facebook, Instagram and many other social networks, and it is very easy to use so anyone can use canva. we add the text and ready we have the work done since canva provides us with templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is a great excellent tool, but there are some very frequent problems although they are not serious, the problem is that it does not have a guide for us to know if we are working focused on the designs we make. Canva should add a guide to know if we are focused on design, those of us who use canva need to add that tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canva I have solved big problems, since now I can make more designs in less time, the templates accelerate the work so I can make more designs a day. So efficiency is present in the office. The ease of working with Canva is excellent and anyone in the office can use Canva.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canva is an excellent tool, I recommend it because anyone can use it without having to study.
Essential tool in our office
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the signage and posters we make are made in Canva. The free version is enough for our use; making posters, event notices, maintenance notices, simple graphics. It is an amazing tool for offices which do not have the time or resources to train up people on Photoshop and similar programmes. I have recently tried out the free trial and being able to resize the canvas was useful for making the same graphic for different platforms. I have also made use of the premium icons which was very helpful. Most of the icons can be customised, which works well as I have corporate colours to work with. I also enjoy the copy page feature, so if I need to change something, I can just copy the original and keep it, as well as work on an updated version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more standard text fonts and a text warping option. It would also be useful to be able to filter things, for example, free icons, customisable elements, accessible fonts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very user-friendly with an abundance of great and professional-looking templates which allow for great customisation. We can also share designs amongst multiple colleagues in the office with the Pro version, and that is necessary for future-proofing and staff sustainability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As it is a free tool which you can upgrade, I would highly recommend that everyone tries it and make a decision based on their own experiences. I use it every day and would not be able to do my job without it as timely as I can by using Canva.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create my own designs, it is very easy to use, it is very friendly for those who do not know about design

There are no lines or guides that allow us to know with certainty that our design is centered and adjusted with the rest of the project.

Perform procedure manuals, curriculum vitae, project presentations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a collaborative tool, you can share your designs with your colleagues and clients, it has a Library with more than one million images and elements, it is simple, online and free
Canva is super easy and fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I don’t have to use Photoshop because sometimes it takes too long. Canva saves me a lot of time and it has everything I need to match my brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I am not a fan of is that you can’t really do as many things as Photoshop so if you want something a very specific way, it will be a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making business cards, logos, media kits, resumes, posters, flyers, etc fast and easily!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to make a creative business card, poster, logo, etc. And you do not have a lot of time on your hands, this is definitely the platform to use. I have found it extremely helpful to me the past couple of years I have used it.
Creating Beautiful Designs
What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva because it makes design simple even for individuals who have no design experience and no real creativity. I have seen people struggle in word processors or other apps who manage to create beautiful products in Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some more Photoshop-like features, but that's about it. Canva is wonderful and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has saved me many times when I needed to create flyers or infographics. It is painless to navigate and helps me do a great job quickly.
So easy and so professional!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Canva is how easy it is to make a design and have it look so professional. When I design something in Canva everyone asks who designed it. I am not a graphic designer and I have no background in design, so this was a HUGE help to me in my position. Now I'm able to design posters, flyers, business cards, palm cards and even step & repeats for my big events. It's truly so simple and so easy. The templates are amazing. The photo stock is unbelievable and it's rare that I ever pay for anything because the free selection is so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are very few downsides of using Canva. I wish the sizing would allow larger sizes. For example, I do a large banner that's 8 ft x 8 ft. I just design it as 4 x 4 and blow it up but it would be easier to do as the actual size. Also, sometimes I want to have more control over the movement of something, I'd like it to move less but it slides with the grid lines. These are easily over looked however, and just takes some thought to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has had a huge impact on my work. Not only have we not had to hire a graphic designer saving us thousands of dollars each year, but it's so quick. Someone can request something in the morning and it's designed and printed by the afternoon. It's also nice to be able to give access to my designs to others so they can give feedback on the designs. This also gives me more control over my designs instead of spending hours on the phone with a designer trying to get everything just right. Canva has also made my social media posts better and my online campaigns better because I can design great graphics and just upload as an image. That's another benefit is the download options with all the different formats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a low cost, easy to use and professional look for designing pieces then this is the program for you. Always start from a Template unless you know exactly what you are designing. It makes it much easier and the templates are beautiful. I start with a template and then more things around until it fits what I need it for.

I love the templates and the ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I am unable to make folders when I don't have the premium account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me make graphics in a flash! I am able to have a flyer or what have you, in minutes and it looks professionally made!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system goes down maybe once a week which is a bummer sometimes it happens in the middle of me editing stuff.
