What do you like best about the product?
I like how Canva is very easy to use and beginner-friendly, which makes all the features easy to navigate. The 'bulk create' feature is particularly helpful as it makes creating certificates very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any features that I dislike about Canva.

I choose Canva because it is very beginner-friendly and straightforward to use. It makes designing posters much simpler, and the bulk create feature allows me to generate certificates efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva provides already built templates, which means I don't have to research what works best for me. I can simply select a template, edit it, and quickly share the graphics with my team or on social media for promotions. It's very time-saving to start with a template instead of designing everything from scratch, especially with graphics being a daily requirement. The drag-and-drop feature is convenient, allowing me to have my entire graphic ready in no time. I also appreciate that there are a lot of free and paid templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to pixel perfect design- photoshop is much better tool also those fancy looking templates are never free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to create graphics easily without learning complex software like Photoshop or hiring designers, saving money. It offers templates for quick design adjustments, making graphic creation fast and accessible right in the web browser.
Efficient and User-Friendly, But Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for 95% of my images, creating them for clients, myself, work, and for fun. It's fast, easy, and the learning curve is complete, plus it's a lot less complicated than Adobe. I love that Canva now has improved organizational capabilities, allowing me to organize client projects better. This feature saves me time when I need to find something specific I've created in the past for a client or myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI ability isn't that great yet, and the 3rd party apps do not work well for me. I've been asked to beta test features, but the beta features never work for me. Support for these special 'groups' is not that great either. I never get support when I submit the issues I have. Best to stick with what works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for most of my images; it's fast and easy with a low learning curve. It's less complicated than other tools, and its improved organization saves time on client projects.

I am able to easily implement changes and training for staff and this program. There seems to be an endless supply of templates and design choices, making it easy to craft the perfect layout. I also appreciate how seamlessly I can incorporate our company’s colour scheme into all of our documents.

Canva helps solve the use of hand made and or inconsistent looking unprofessional signage and documentation for our retail stores. Canva helps make this process easy and an end result being a professional consist product.

There are a lot of free options for templates on Canva.

I wish there were more tutorials. It would be nice to learn more about how to utilize AI.

Canva is allowing me to do many different things without having to pay for multiple software (invoicing, posters, flyers, design, presentations)

This tool is super straightforward to pick up and start using right away, without any complicated setup or training needed. I reach for it often because the free options outshine basic PowerPoint features, especially with endless templates that make everything look polished and eye-catching. It packs in tons of options for designs, slides, and more, blending seamlessly with my other apps like Google Drive or social media. It is my go-to tool, I use it every month.

So far, I have been using Canva for several years, starting from my undergraduate days, and I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

During my undergraduate studies, I frequently used Canva to create presentations because it was free and offered a wide variety of templates that made my work stand out. My professors consistently appreciated the clarity and visual quality of my presentations. In my professional life, I use Canva less frequently, but it remains my go-to tool whenever I need to create a presentation quickly and efficiently. Its ease of use and design flexibility continue to save me time while allowing me to produce high-quality work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast and easy Canva is to use. The huge library of templates and icons saves me a lot of time at Softplan because I don't have to start every design from scratch. The templates give me a professional starting point so I don't waste time on layout design. I can quickly create mockups and share them with my team for feedback. The icons make technical diagrams much easier for everyone to understand. I appreciate that I can get high-quality results in just a few minutes for my personal projects. The initial setup was extremely easy, as it's a web-based tool, so there was no complex installation process required. I was able to create an account and start designing within minutes, which is exactly what our team at Softplan needed to get projects moving quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the mobile app can be a bit difficult to use for precise designs compared to the desktop version. Also, while the search is good, sometimes it takes a while to filter through so many elements to find the exact icon I need for a technical diagram. I think the mobile app would be much better if it had more precise alignment tools, as it's currently hard to position elements exactly where I want them on a small screen. For the search feature, adding more specific filters like minimalist or technical would help me find the right icons much faster without scrolling through irrelevant results.

I use Canva to overcome design bottlenecks, creating high-quality graphics at Softplan. It’s fast and easy, providing templates and icons that save time. It helps me make technical diagrams understandable and produce professional results quickly, even without a design background.
